Silver Oak Villa

This property was fantastic! It felt incredibly comfortable and welcoming, just like staying at home. The place was very clean, and I especially enjoyed near swimming pool. Santosh, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. He was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The owner was also very helpful during the booking process, making everything smooth and easy. Overall, I had a wonderful 4-day stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

Absolutely value for money. Rooms had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay (water geyser works,big 32 inch TV,fridge, wife balconies,inverter backup, good furnished 2bhk apartment). We visited on 8th Jun which was almost end of season so we payed 2.5k for a day for the 2bhk suite. Care taker here is Santosh bhai & his wife. Both are very hospitable. The rooms are spacious & we enjoyed our 4 day stay here. Tourist with own vehicle will not face any issue else you will be far from Panchgani City center. There's a swimming pool as well. I would recommend people coming in group of 10-12 to opt for the ground & first floor suites as it will be a very comfortable stay even for a group of 10

Don't go for this thinking it's villa, it's not these are just rooms constructed in small building inside local area, swimming pool is very small. Most of the basic amenities are missing or broken and appliances do not work.

Service is very poor, hygiene is zero, I don't recommend anyone to stay here, No toileteries, bathroom fixers broken.

Great place, very clean. Spacious rooms. Very accommodating care taker. We reached at 2 am and Mr. Santosh was waiting for us Excellent breakfast especially when you're starving Private plunge pool for 2 bungalows Small children's area Large terrace helps for a family get together/ barbecue night Need to check on the A/c's in all rooms, not very effective in cooling the rooms

I finally found the perfect spot to stay with friends. I've been to Mahabaleshwar many times and always looked out for a place like this. A duplex villa with 3 bedrooms and a spacious hall. Bedrooms have spacious balconies and adjacent swimming pool. The pool is little small but it doesn't matter because we didn't want to swim. Coming to rooms, they were neat and wash rooms were totally clean. ||We really had a good time there. ||However, we didn't order food from them but their service was very prompt. The executives were available on every call and they provided the best of their part.||||If you are planning a family or friends trip to Mahabaleshwar, this would definitely be the right choice

I had recently booked deluxe room with valley view & studio hall with kitchen platform. + Points :) 1.Cleanliness - Rooms were clean. I was particular abt cleanliness & room space since I had infant travelling with me. Bed linen was clean & bath room was clean. 2.Hospitality - Mr. Santosh - hotel manager was kind enough to get lunch prepared for my late request at 2:45pm. 3. Food - Veg. Thali (Rs.150) food quality & quantity was good. 4. Amenities - Room had a refrigerator for storing food & water purifier for drinking. Although I saw a router aside T.V , I never enquired about using it since I had a sufficient Jio data plan. Bathroom itself was almost 36sqft area, larger than most other hotels. Improvement points - 1. Provide luggage transfer helper guys. I had to make two trips from car park to this beautiful room to transfer my luggage during check in. Usually, hotels help guests for such but I didn't that request here. 2. Accept credit card payment. They accepted electronic fund transfer though but I would like to enjoy additional 30 days of credit from bank by using cr.card. 3. Force of water pressure in bathroom taps can be improved. It wasn't too bad either but was less than usual. Summary: Mountain view & spacious clean room with good room service at economical rate is great value for money here.
