Paramount Villa

The view from this property would make you wonder if leaving for a tour of Pachgani or Mahableshwar is even worth the effort, it is mesmerizing and serene. On one clear night sky, we saw plenty of stars. The breathtaking view can also be enjoyed from the decently sized infinity pool. The staff is helpful, considerate and prompt. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Overall, the location is good, and I would rate the food at 3 stars. However, the main issue we encountered was that they are operating the property with just one housekeeper, which made cleanliness a challenge. Despite repeated requests, only the hall area was cleaned on the second day. The geyser connections are poorly maintained, and we experienced two blasts in the bathroom, which poses a serious safety risk. Lastly, if you're expecting a bill (even a non-GST one), they won't provide it. I've been following up for 15 days with no success, so for corporate events, I would recommend avoiding this place.

The management was completely unprofessional and unethical. We booked a two-night family stay nearly a month in advance, only to be told at the last minute—when we called to confirm our arrival—that they had double-booked us. Their alternative arrangement was 5-6 km away from the original location and fell far short of our expectations. Instead of the villa we reserved, they offered us just three small rooms, which were entirely unsuitable. When we tried to address the issue, they ignored our calls. Their unprofessional conduct completely ruined our travel experience

Booked via Airbnb. The property was exactly as per the images listed. The host was friendly and helpful. The caretaker has set up a kitchen to serve food for all guests on chargeable basis. The food was very homely and affordable. Excellent location of the property, nice pool location as well. The place was very clean and they were ready for re-cleaning whenever required. Only issue was that it has a muddy road to the property was very downhill, but I guess that complexity is what gives the mesmerizing views from the property. Also the property doesn't have an in-house kitchen but the caretaker provided of almost everything that is needed. Thank you Vishal and Imran for being such a great host

It's a little hard to reach the place with the CNG car. It was very downhill and we were unable to go up in a CNG car with luggage and people. Had to walk 0.5 Kms as the car is not able to go uphill

Excellent view from the villa. Very peaceful place. The room windows did not have nets so it could not be left open throughout the night. As a result, the room got hot. The place is off the main road and on a major descent. We were not sure if the car would come back up with 5 passengers in it. The amenities mentioned on the website like iron and toiletries were also not provided. The care taker and host were not present at the property when we reached.

The place is a hidden gem. Awesome view from the rooms. The staff is very warm and receptive. Ajay and Ram are excellent hosts. Food is home cooked and very reasonable and tasty. Will recommend to families looking for peace and quiet with superb service and mesmerising views. Just a suggestion to install air conditioning in the rooms to complete the overall experience. Will definitely revisit.
