EKOSTAY - Casa de Alibaug

We are a family of 12 and had a lovely stay over the Christmas Break. The rooms were great, Pankaj was a great help throughout and was always there for help.The food and pool were excellent too

Spacious rooms and great lawn for everyone to play. Bedrooms are spacious and hall is also very big. Pool size is very small. Service wise there are too many delays. Food is outsourced and nobody is there to assist if anything needs to be added/changed. Food vendor doesn't respond back to the queries/concerns. Care taker is decent but you need to instruct them to take care of cleaning and serving post which things happen. Overall it's a decent place to hangout if service issues are addressed.

We were a group of about 20-25 people, the service was really very good! The food all 3 days, 3 meals + high tea was delicious with alot of options available to choose from from the menu shared by the host. If at all we needed the staff they were present. Rooms were clean. Property as shown in images. The weather was amazing! Beach is just 10 mins walk away! Clean beach. Staff was very helpful. Thank you! There are places around to eat as well.

I wanted to book a villa for 6-7-8th dec. I decided to reach out to them via the WhatsApp number mentioned on their website. These people have mentioned a particular costing on their website & when we go forward to book they suddenly message you with the prices that are 4x more than the prices listed. The staff speaking is very rude & cant handle a conversation. I suggest people dont book such places as there are places much better & at good prices than this. I hope the people handling customer service know the meaning of what they are doing. Cause overall my experience was 0 out of 10.

1. The staff is likely to say they aren’t available - so you can not voice your concerns or do anything about it. 2. They don’t change the pool water for a month - it was extremely dirty, we could not use it because they refused to change or clean it further. 3. They force you to have their own meals and pay extra for it. 4. The house isn’t clean - nothing is sanitary and you can’t even eat off their utensils If you are looking to take a vacation - DONOT BOOK HERE. You will likely be extremely disappointed and unhappy.

Worst there is no cleanliness.. the utensils, glasses are not washed properly.. the living room stinks..the floor is not cleaned properly. It is not hygiene... very dirty.. the caretaker also stinks feels like they don't have bath..

Cheap caretaker ! And owner use very bad language! Dont visit at all ! Service is not good ! No sound is allowed! Handled by ECOSTAY ! Very poor service ! They take deposit and purposely keep fragile item so that they can charge huge amount! Horrible experience!
