Nillcozy clean rooms with clean washrooms. Spent 1 day in the hotel it was a nice experience. Owner should listen to customer a bit more and reply accordingly. There isn't any major complain from our end. Food was good too. I would highly recommend this hotel.

NillGoogle Please give the option of no star because this hotel is not eligible to give one star also. Always trying to grab money from customers. AC not working properly Room is also too small Room price is also high. No service according to room cost. No free water we have to buy water in bottle. No attached bathroom. We complained about AC not working so they tell to check out the hotel right now. Front desk man behaviour is very rude. Room is empty still we have being told To sit on terrace. No hot water. A BIG NOOOOOO to stay in this hotel. You can get better hotel in this price range. Our experience was very worst.

NillGoogle please give option of no 👎🏻 star for review… Owner is not cooperative. He try to grab money from client by giving false narratives. After lots of confirmation over number of person coming and amenities like extra bed required with owner, owner hesitates to give us essential services. He treats our driver also so rudely. I feel do not stay there, owner has no staff, no person to serve customer and not good behaviour with customer.

NillWorst experience ever!!! Hotel owner is very rude. everytime asking for money even for washroom use. Also there is one rule if you want to use AC then you need to come early to hotel. We reached around 11 at night but owner just said no for AC and gave meaning less excuses for AC use, whereas we had booked AC Rooms. We have started our 4 day trip from this hotel and litterely our mood was spoiled because of this hotel. Don't choose this hotel if you want to enjoy your trip!!!

NillThe Hotel owner is very rude and even the caretaker is not at all interested in doing basic help like giving mattress at correct time, even if we had already paid for it at booking time 4 days ago. The owner was playing like a master mind for grabbing money in some way with the help of our Driver. No hospitality Please don't choose this hotel, find a good one.

NillDon't choose this villa for your stay. We had booked 2 AC Deluxe rooms but there was no remote for AC in both the rooms as it was managed by owner from outside by MCB. He denied us 3-4 times for switching on the AC as his excuse was that we were late to reach the villa after sight seeing. Whereas we reached by 11pm only. "Do not get influenced by the owner" He always ask for money for some or the other thing.

NillBed service Staff is not understanding customer requirements and always talking about money. He lock the toilet which is general. If you are planning to stay there then You need to book your driver room also because he is charge for driver arrangement also.
