Best villa in Mount Abu. I had such a beautiful and calming stay with my family here. It’s pocket friendly, not too far from nakki lake and surrounded by mountains. Perfect villa near nakki lake for family and groups who’s looking for peace and mountain.

Me and my family really enjoyed the stay there. The place was hygienic and staff was super co operative. Even the owner decorated the place as a complimentary gesture to celebrate my baby's birthday. It was raining constantly and so we had stuck at property for a while but there were amenities like WiFi, board games and novels which kept us engaged. TV's were not working properly as they had TATA sky connection and the signal was disrupting due to bad weather but the owner even called a guy to fix that for us. Highly recommended for families. Really impressed with their service.

We had a terrible experience at Parth Villa. We booked it online after seeing the photos and paid an advance amount, with the check-in time confirmed. However, when we reached there, the villa was in a completely unhygienic and unacceptable condition. The reality was far from what was shown online — the TV wasn’t working, the bedsheets were dirty, and trash was lying around instead of being properly cleaned. We decided not to use the villa at all because of how badly it was maintained. To make things worse, the owner was extremely rude and didn’t even try to solve our issues. He showed no concern and refused to return our advance payment — not even a single rupee. I’m not going to recommend this place to anyone. If you’re considering booking Parth Villa, do not pay any advance — not even a single paisa — because you might end up regretting it like we did.

We had a great stay! The rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained. The service by the caretaker was also commendable – polite and responsive throughout. The only area of improvement would be the taste and variety of the food – it could definitely be better. Overall, a pleasant experience. We’d be happy to come back if we visit Abu again!

Best Villa in Mount Abu I will suggest you to book. I book this for my birthday party and had a best experience. The staff and owner was really friendly and villa was clean. The location of this villa is also good near the forest so you can go for a Trek and enjoy your day.
