So we stayed there for 2 days. Perfect villa same as shown in picture with great hospitality and great view. All delivery platforms available. Really like the place.

Villa is too good as shown in pictures… Yashpal is a good host but his care taker Roshan is very rude… would like to stay there only if they change their care taker… no privacy as all the time Roshan and his kids are moving inside the property… we stayed 2 nights 3 days out of which one day there was no electricity from 10 am to 4 pm… though location is good but if you want to move around lake pichola then don’t stay here…Roshan doesn’t give key of villa to us and none of bedroom door has proper lock and key so no security if you go out… if you come back from somewhere late in the night Roshan doesn’t open the door… when I aaked him about it he says “mein aapke liye jaagta baitha thodi na rahunga” even he doesn’t help with cleaning utensils… such a lazy fellow you have to tell him to do his duties… also when checkout was at 10 am he was asking us to checkout at 9:30 am…as there was another booking… he spoke very rudely while asking us to checkout as if we have not paid anything… before booking just confirm if Roshan is still the care taker over there…

Okay so property is as shown in the images good infrastructure. We were a group of 10 people and we had hired a cook suggested by the host yashpal. We reached the location around 4 in afternoon. So after that the cook took around 3 hrs for 2 veges. We were already late for the lunch. And the cook charged us full day payment for any 2 course meal. Cleaning was never properly done we stayed there for two nights mot even single bedsheet was changed. Asked for towels they said gone for washing only 15 towels they had for this whole big property. Yashpal the host i had given all the basic instructions to him about our needs and wants but we had to call in for everything yet not provided. There was no bath care, dental kit, towels. And as mentioned on mmt and goibibo the checkout is by 12. We had to checkout early as there were guest arriving. In the end no proper care was given. A lot the money we had spent but i feel its not worth it.

My family and I had an amazing experience at mystiq mansion, the 2 days trip went so good, my parents have enjoyed a lot whether it is to sit in hall or to have a fun in swimming pool or to sleep, each and everything was so well maintained, helper was there for anything we need. Thanks for the hospitality.

It was a great experience. The owner is very kind and humble. He is very helpful. Even at 1am at night he was available to help us.

Stay was for 2 nights 3 days horrible service. No vessels for eating food. If going with a group of people you need to keep all the expenses by yourself. Nothing is to be provided by the host yaspal. We had to call 2-3 times for the plates. Then he sent it by blinkit. No proper kitchen setup for cooking. Although we had told them and let them know for the things we need as promised by yashpal for all the things will be provided by them. But was not provided. No shampoos in washroom, no towels, when asked said only 15 towels are their in property had been gone for wash. If you want to go please don't give the money prior as the host took the money prior and didn't provide the service according to the money they took.

The property is good in infrastructure. It's relatively new property, has good furniture facility. The location is also close to the lake and not hard to find at all. However, even if they claim that the kitchen is equipped with basic facilities, the stove and gas cylinder was a shared facility between the care taker and guests. There are no vessels to heat anything. Only some plates, glasses and some spoons are there. They also didn't take care of RO. They keep some bottles of water in refrigerator but the RO is not working. And when we called with the problem to the owner, they didn't take it seriously and gave us number of nearby resort and asked us to get it by ourselves.this is actually unacceptable. They changed wifi name and password without letting us know and without intimation either. The cleaning of house was also not done on proper time. So all in all , even though the property is good it's not worth the money.
