Places very nice but nothing facilities for yellow board drivers no sleeping places no food and all no nearby shops no facilities for drivers

SKIP THIS PLACE. Would give it 0 stars if that were an option. Management is terrible. One Mohit Rajawat, the ‘Regional Head’ is extremely arrogant. The staff, who were very good, themselves admit that they are severely understaffed. There were ENDLESS problems. 1) the villa was not ready till 6:00 pm for check in, even though check-in is at 2:30 pm. And when we repeatedly asked, they gave us another villa because they could not get it in time. 2) There was no water from the bathroom taps most of the time. Water ran out in the dining area also for some time during our stay. We told the Mohit SEVERAL times. He said he would send somebody to fix it. When it started working, there was barely any water that came from it. Nobody came for the ENTIRE 3 days we stayed on the property. One morning there was NO water at all. Every time we saw Mohit at the dining area, he ignored us and sat on the balcony sipping juice. 3) the WiFi was not working 90% of the time- it either said weak security, or did not show up at all. They said there was an issue AGAIN. And could do nothing to fix it. After ALL THIS happening on the first night itself, we asked to check out one day early and asked for a refund. We were told they would send us a written confirmation on our group chat but they NEVER did. So we were forced to stay since we did know if we would get our money back. 4) the water bottles in the room were so dirty. (shown in image below) 5) the water in the bathroom drains extremely slowly. Even 2 minutes in the shower will completely flood it. (shown in images below) PROS: The staff are extremely kind and efficient. They are just extremely low on manpower. None of this is their fault. They were wonderful. They even apologised for the terrible state of affairs. The food was also very good. The villa itself is beautiful. ________ Mohit, on the other hand, was extremely rude, indifferent and unbothered and did not even apologise once for all of these issues. He knew we had already paid, so he did not bother putting in any effort or at the very least, communicating to us. We would have been open to having an open conversation, but he never cared to. Terrible hospitality. When we were checking out, we were told we may be given some sort of refund for the fact that neither WiFi nor water worked properly through the course of our entire stay. Of course, no sound from Mohit since then. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.
