Feedback and Complaint Regarding Poor Experience During Stay at Elivaas Villa Dear Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and experience during my recent stay at your property, which I had booked as a travel agent for personal travel. We were a group of *7 girls*, and had specifically chosen your villa with the expectation of proper assistance, safety, and comfort. Unfortunately, we were highly disappointed on several counts: 1. We had to *cut short our stay by one night* due to *security concerns during travel, and despite informing your team, there was **no support or flexibility* offered in terms of cancellation or adjustment. 2. The *villa was full of mosquitoes*, making it extremely uncomfortable. 3. *Tap water was black and visibly dirty, and there was **no provision for clean drinking water*, which is a basic necessity. 4. The *approach road to the villa was extremely narrow, making it very difficult for vehicles to reach. The **location was completely standalone and far from the city, and we were **not informed in advance* about these crucial details. Arriving there itself was stressful and unsafe. 5. We expected at least some level of *assistance and hospitality, especially since this was our **first booking with you, made with the intent of evaluating your property for **future client bookings*. As a travel agent, I am shocked by the lack of professionalism, basic service, and concern for guest well-being. If this is the level of support offered even to a travel partner, I am unable to imagine the experience a guest might have. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and take corrective action to improve your guest service, communication, and property standards. I would also appreciate a response on this matter.

This Place offers the best View of Dehradun City and Rivers flowing in Dehradun. Evening View is stunning. Property is beautiful and Staff cooks lovely food. Best Part Landour is nearby, So one can visit Landour and stay here. Dhanaulti is 15 kms from here.
