The Basera Luxury Villa | Rishikesh

Our recent staycation on 24 to 26 March 2025 at Basera,Rishikesh was absolutely fantastic! The location was a real highlight. Stay had a lot of games and garden which kept kids with us occupied which was a real relief. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, also cooked delicious food which was extremely satisfying after a long day, making our stay truly memorable. Most important host Nandini was directly reachable all the time and helped in guiding nearby activities as well.Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it!"

We made The Basera our 'Basera' for 4 days, and it truly was a home away from home experience. We were traveling as a group of 8 members including elderly members and kids, and at Basera we found the perfect spacious environment with 4-rooms, a sitting room for all to assemble, and a terrace view overlooking the Ganges and Ram Jhula. The propertly is located in a convenient location, with easy accessibility to most locations in Rishikesh, and yet away from the chaos. There are Ashrams and meditation centres next door, which provide a perfect atmosphere for divine seekers and peace lovers. Kudos to caretakers Santosh and Suresh for maintaining top-notch cleanliness, and serving some wonderful homely meals. Most importantly, thanks to Nandini for being such a wonderful host, for all the hospitality, and assistance including arranging travel services, and a special visit to the ghats for Ganga aarti. A must recommend for all those visiting Rishikesh.

I stayed in Besara for two days, and my stay has been great. The great point about the stay is its locality & the surroundings. As this is a homestay inside a society , you always feel safe. Also , shout out to the cook, who was very good at his job. The team also helps you with any request you ask for, including food choices , yoga classes, or planning a day in and around the area.

I had an amazing stay at The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met from the moment I checked in. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring I got a great night's sleep every night. The hotel's location was perfect, close to major attractions yet in a quiet area, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. Overall, my experience at exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!
