Owner is changed now.. Do not follow the previous years ratings as they had reviewed previous owner of the property.. Rooms are neat and clean.. Pleasent location.

One of the worst place ever to stay in. This hotel is run by a mother and a son. Son was polite and soft spoken but his mom was very rude. There was no lights in washroom or the room. And they charged us 2500 and which was not at all worth and when informed that lights and sanitary fittings are not working they gave us a torch light😂 she told us to shift us to the other room we need to pay 500 extra. Very bad and pathetic experience. Also with the broken windows. Please don’t book or stay here. Room pillows or sheets nothing was clean or warm. Except for the hot water they provided for 15 minutes everything sucked at this place.

Please do not book this place , the ratings which are 5 is totally fake . The place is in terrible condition, the pics which are uploaded by them will fool you into thinking the place is maintained good but it isn’t . The room which was given to me dint have lights , dirty bed sheets , the windows wasn’t closing , the flush in the toilet doesn’t work . The lady who gave us the room I believe to be the owner of the property was very rude while we asked to change the room due to the poor condition . Please do not waste your money by booking this place and do not believe the 5 star ratings .

Very good location to stay in Dev bhumi uttarakhand. Staff is very polite and service is also up to the mark, Accommodation is very well maintained, neet sheets, I will visit again thanks

FRAUD...... Before online booking they are reverting us but on the day of arrival their mobile is switched off, even we dropped the message to them but still no revert till date.... 10 days passed. Website is impressing but in actual it's total Fraud.. worst location, we booked 2 nights at this location but we booked a new property at 0200 AM without doing a checkin at that place.
