逸东轩住寓

这次入住是因为公寓就在养和医院附近，我年纪已经不小了，意外有了宝宝，所以想在设施比较好，跟医院近一点的公寓住，本来是想找酒店的，但在跑马地的那家酒店关门了，经朋友介绍，就订了逸东轩。||||公寓地理位置挺好的！和养和医院一样在山村道上，出门左转一直走５分钟就到了！医院对面就是叮叮车总站，去湾仔中环铜锣湾北角都很方便！公寓附近的超市也是走５分钟左右就到。住了两个月，发现跑马地不算很大，但是有差不多４，５个超市，有点夸张，菜市场就只有一个，比较小．其他都是小商店,但都足够应付基本需要。||||订房的时候都很顺利, 不过要留意就是月租房一定跟他们签合同, 签完还会送到政府去打税, 我觉得这样蛮不错的 ! 对我们比较有保障嘛 , 但是如果你要提前离开就无法退了。而且月租房一定要先付一个月的租金一个月的押金还有手续费，所以去订房的时候要先留意丫!||||逸东轩的房间基本上跟一般的酒店差不多, 房间会大一些, 还有就是有个小厨房, 对於要生宝宝的我来说太方便了, 可以去买菜做饭, 有需要可以和前台借电饭锅 !我知道公寓有自助模式的洗衣房,可是我没用过,因为我订的房间带洗衣机, 很方便 !好像不是全部房间都有带洗衣机的. 订房时可以查询一下.||||服务方面, 我觉得他们非常好!可能知道我怀孕吧, 他们都很照顾我! 特别是前台的洁铃小姐, 有段时间只有我一个人住, 每次出门她都会很担心我, 叫我一定要小心慢走! 在超市买多了, 回来後她也会主动帮我拿上房间,有时候我自己一个闷了去大堂坐坐 , 她又会陪我聊天, 每次见到她都是笑容满脸的, 让人感觉很舒服很窝心!

今次主要係幫個客搵地方住三個月，見呢度都近近地銅鑼灣，應該都方便，同埋外國人應該會鍾意住跑馬地，果然冇錯

I stayed here for 3 months. My room is facing Village Road which is not busy but very noisy is you open the window. Room size is similar to hotel but with a proper kitchen. ||The fee only include $400 worth electricity. Anything over need to be paid. There’s no visibility on the meter and you can only pay whatever they tell you. No fan was provided and you can only turn on air-con, so the electricity bill climbed up quickly. ||Cleaning is 2 times a week. Self-service laundry in garage is more expensive than nearby laundry shop. It doesn’t offer any facility other than a self-service coffee machine at the lobby. ||As to price, it’s more expensive than hotel. ||With higher price, less service and facilities, I would rather stay in a proper hotel.

我在这里住了三个月。我的房间面向乡村路，虽然不繁忙，但打开窗户会很吵。房间大小与酒店相似，但有一间正规的厨房。||费用只包括 400 美元的电费。超过的部分需要付费。电表上没有显示，你只能支付他们告诉你的费用。没有提供风扇，你只能打开空调，所以电费很快就涨了。||每周打扫两次。车库里的自助洗衣店比附近的洗衣店贵。除了大堂里的自助咖啡机外，它不提供任何其他设施。||至于价格，它比酒店贵。||价格更高，服务和设施更少，我宁愿住在正规的酒店。

My husband and I stayed here for nearly a month whilst visiting our son & his family who live in Happy Valley. We have nothing bit praise for our experience! From the moment we walked in to such a wonderful welcome from Ceci, Shirley & Jason to the moment we left, when the night security man insisted on helping us out with our cases and hailing us a taxi, we really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was brilliant and had everything we needed. It was cleaned twice a week with bedding changed once a week and rubbish cleared every day except Sunday. The clothes washing facilities are in the garage just outside the main door and easy to use. A nice bonus is the coffee machine in the lobby which operates until 6.00pm. We would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Happy Valley, itself, is a great place to stay and has very good transport links - trams, buses and the No.30 community bus stops just opposite the building.

我和丈夫在这里住了将近一个月，期间我们去拜访住在 Happy Valley 的儿子和他的家人。我们对这次经历赞不绝口！从我们走进来时受到 Ceci、Shirley 和 Jason 的热烈欢迎，到我们离开时夜班保安坚持帮我们拿行李并帮我们叫出租车，我们真的很享受这次住宿。我们的公寓很棒，有我们需要的一切。公寓每周打扫两次，床上用品每周更换一次，垃圾每天清理，周日除外。洗衣设施位于大门外的车库内，使用方便。大厅的咖啡机营业至下午 6 点，这是一个不错的福利。我们一定会再次入住，并毫不犹豫地向其他人推荐这里。Happy Valley 本身是一个很棒的住宿地点，交通非常便利 - 有轨电车、巴士和 30 号社区巴士站就在大楼对面。

never been staying away from home for so long! stayed at eaton residences for 6 months and it feels like it is my second home now! room is stylish and cozy with a lot of storage spaces which is very prefect for a shopaholic like me! the kitchenette is equipped with microwave, toaster, induction stove, range hood , fridge, etc. already good enough for me to make few dishes! eaton provide free coffee in the lobby every day. they recently changed a new coffee machine and it tastes good! staffs are always helpful and attentive. both shirley and chris at reception help me a lot, catching taxi, recommending restaurants and local attractions.. seems like they know everything hahaha... with good service, good apartments and good service, i will definitely recommend my family and friends to stay at eaton village road.

从来没有离家这么久！在伊顿公寓住了 6 个月，感觉这里就像我的第二个家！房间时尚而舒适，有很多储物空间，非常适合像我这样的购物狂！小厨房配有微波炉、烤面包机、电磁炉、抽油烟机、冰箱等。已经足够我做几道菜了！伊顿每天在大堂提供免费咖啡。他们最近换了一台新的咖啡机，味道很好！工作人员总是乐于助人，细心周到。接待处的 shirley 和 chris 都帮了我很多忙，帮我打车，推荐餐馆和当地景点……好像他们什么都知道哈哈哈……服务好，公寓好，服务好，我一定会推荐我的家人和朋友住在伊顿村路。

Contemporary with Excellent Customer Service. Eaton, the service apartment, has been around a very long time (40 years plus). Both the exterior and interior have been recently renovated. And the same friendly local staff is still around to make you feel like home.

I have stayed at Eaton Residences on two occasions, first being a long stay for two and a half years and another recently for 3 months. On both ocassions I can whole heartedly say that this has been memorable from all aspects of quality, service, assistance and no forgetting that the service run under the office services manager Miss Shirley has gone beyond the call of duty to endeavour to help you wherever they can.||||Look forward to visiting Eaton again hopefully in the future.||||Thanks to the Eaton Team.
