V Happy Valley Serviced Apartments

因為我是長租房客，基本就生活在這||但大堂經常沒有人，收快遞外賣還需要自己下樓拿||這點讓人很困擾||||某次說要修理窗戶，結束後粉塵 屑屑一堆也沒有處理乾淨||對於服務式住宅，卻是如此服務，讓人有些失望||唯一覺得還不錯的是每周兩次的打掃，打掃阿姨（阿Ping）打掃的很細緻，人也很和善。

單純地想搵個地方過一晚夜，喺樓下飲完野見倒呢度有房就入黎睇下。整體冇乜感覺，因為瞓醒就走，但遊客應該麻麻

The management/CS team is Bad, they don’t seem to care or respond once you’ve paid. The first apartment had flea problem; TV turned on n off by itself and the toilet cannot flush probably, i requested to change to another room after a month. The guard and maid are good but again the back up service is poor. I was going to stay two months more and asked for extension with special handling cos they charged daily rate of a month rent over 20days but they never replied me for options, so I book another service apartment nearby to save more hassles.

管理/客户服务团队很糟糕，一旦你付了钱，他们似乎并不关心或回应。第一个公寓有跳蚤问题；电视自动打开和关闭，厕所可能无法冲水，一个月后我要求换到另一个房间。警卫和女仆都很好，但后勤服务很差。我本来打算再住两个月，并要求延期并进行特殊处理，因为他们按月租金收取超过 20 天的租金，但他们从未回复我选择，所以我在附近预订了另一间服务式公寓，以节省更多麻烦。

The apartments are newly renovated and well designed but TINY. I was prepared for the space to be small and that it would be a squeeze with a small child but honestly, it was crazy. We booked an apartment with "patio" but unfortunately it was right beside a construction site. Very noisy unpleasant to be out there and covered in building dust and grit. ||||I wouldn't recommend for anyone one with kids, probably more suited to single or couple. ||||Kitchen was well equipped, modern and clean. The location was excellent for bus transport. Staff were very friendly. ||||It's just far too small.

There are ants in the kitchen room and booklice on the bed, after I show the photos and videos to the CS team, they changed another room for us, but unfortunately there’s same problem again. And the staff’s attitude is very bad, let us to leave even we haven’t find new place. So it’s a dirty place and dirty management team.

We booked this place because it was close to the hk Sanatorium hospital and because we were misled by the V apartments online advertising photos. We booked the largest two bedroom they had and was still tiny! The main bedroom faced walls on three sides and there were barely space to walk between the bed and small closet. There was no place to put our luggage so we could only stick underneath the two person dining table. No place to put our shoes so could only leave in the living room. We are just so surprised at how this tiny space could be separated into two bedroom and look quite large in the advertising picture. You can definitely find bigger service apartments with the same price or cheaper. We are surprised this apartment is worth hkd 34800 per month. If you need to go hk Sanatorium hospital, Tong Luo Wan or Wan Chai is not too far and could be good choices.

This was not too bad a place, great location in Happy Valley with the mini-bus just outside the building, short walk down to Sing Woo Road and all the shops there. It's fairly new. We had a 2-room apartment around 500sq ft but usable space was probably about 80% of that at best. Rooms tiny, just enough to crawl in and sleep (at least 1 of them, the other had a bit more room). Kitchenette with utensils and small fridge etc. Nothing majorly good or bad about it, but like the other review here, I do recall getting the smell of cigarette smoke fairly frequently, although it wasn't over-powering. They were fairly inflexible with the pricing vs timings (had to plan our stay to the T since they would not extend by a few days at a nominal per day charge i.e. inflexible). There's a washing machine outside at the back, with a dryer, but most of the time the guy at the reception had no clue how to work it, and the instructions weren't clear either. Finally, they market the fact that you can use the facilities at their other properties, but in reality, if you're working while staying here, you're unlikely to want to go to these other buildings (in Causeway Bay I think or elsewhere) just for the facilities. SO make your choice wisely.

I write this review in my bed in my V apartment where I was meant to be staying for a year.||||I have just cut my stay short as my 'neighbour' enjoys smoking cigars which in turn makes my room full of cigar smoke. Despite numerous complaints over the last couple of months, he continues to smoke (the building is meant to be non smoking). It's now 12.23am and I have had to get up to open my windows to clear the air. ||||I move out in a couple of days but as a result of terminating my tenancy early I have been charged 80 percent of my deposit ($14400) - I'm not sure that is really fair considering the circumstances but I'm just glad to be out of the place - a smoky room is not what you need when faced with the polluted HK air all day...||||Friendly staff but not a great serviced apartment - there are better - stay at those.
