The Johnston, Hong Kong Serviced Apartments (囍寓)

Location wise it's great.. size is pretty decent as well as per Hong Kong's standards. But the value for money is not there. The hosue keeping is only twice a week. And they don't do a good job. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they directly told the hosue keeping it was us. Next day the cleaning lady tells us "if you don't like the way I clean dishes do it yourself!" Which was very rude and highly unprofessional. Over all the level of cleanliness was a bit poor. We also had stained sheets and towels a few times. The front desk staff is very very helpful.

就位置而言，它很棒......大小相当不错，符合香港的标准。但性价比不存在。每周只进行两次房屋清洁。他们做得不好。当我向前台提及此事时，他们直接告诉房屋保管人是我们。第二天，清洁女工告诉我们“如果你不喜欢我洗碗的方式，就自己来吧！”这是非常粗鲁和非常不专业的。总的来说，清洁程度有点差。我们的床单和毛巾也有几次被弄脏了。 前台工作人员非常非常乐于助人。

Great location in the heart of Wan Chai, a hop away from the MTR and tram stops. Rooms are well designed and bright, though mine had a bit of a damp issue. Otherwise no complaints, comfortable and had a great view overlooking the southorn playground, which is always busy with something going on

Watch out their unfair practices. I asked for availability - received a price list. I sent there a local friend. Surprise - they are under construction / refurbishment but conveniently “forgot” to mention it to potential short term tenants. Roof top is closed completely. When confronting its desk with the same question, they just only replied “Thank you for your inquiry. Our rooftop is under upgrade work currently.” I stayed last time in a hotel undergoing this and it is definitelly something you want to experience.
