This Forest Room is so small. Very poor value for money and much more expensive than local booking. How can one trust Trip.com?

Location is pretty remote-difficult to get around the area without a car as no bikes available in this region of the island. The resort itself was fantastic but only one gate was available to leave which made it awkward, food is very expensive in the restaurant and activities were limited at this time of the year. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent, the walkways within the resort were awesome and hotel shuttle service to get around the resort is great too. Great resort for families and especially if you have a car! I would stay again, but probably get a driving license first 😂.

怡沁园度假村真的是非常低调，要不是朋友介绍，我都不知道崇明还有这间园林酒店的存在。这是因为这间酒店是以国宾馆标准建设的，之前更多是作为内部接待使用，多位“国家级领导”及“国内外政要”都曾在此下榻，酒店也是最近几年才慢慢对外开放。|几个家庭一起的周末度假，住了2晚，一晚的多人间别墅，一晚的森林小屋。|湖景商务别墅，别墅分为上下两层，一楼2间卧室，二楼3间卧室，正好可以满足我们5组人的入住需求。房间一层中央是共用空间，包括了客厅和餐厅等区域，别墅整体的空间非常舒适宽敞，靠近湖区。|森林别墅大约80平米，分为客厅和卧室两部分。各栋别墅之间的间距较大，客人入住的私密性还是不错的。据说森林中还时常有刺猬，松鼠等小动物出没，也许你还会和它们偶遇，反正去的那几天天气不错，晚点星星真不少！|酒店的环境非常棒，就是个大公园，还有湖水。清晨度假村的空气如此清新，风景如画，绿树碧水，在这里有大都市中无法体验到的惬意与舒畅，这里的湖中还饲养了鹅群，鸭群，清早它们就开始在湖面上巡游，平添了几分田园休闲的氛围。|至于餐饮，度假村里价格适中，启东海鲜，本帮红烧肉炖鸡蛋，崇明白山羊，醉膏蟹相信大多数上海的朋友都喜爱。|如果喜欢运动，这里除了散步，骑车，游泳健身还提供了高尔夫球场。反正就是吃喝玩乐都有，周末家庭度假休闲实在是不错的选择。

公司团建入住，整体环境不错。|有比较大的活动空间，从一个馆到另一个甚至需要坐车。虽然ktv服务有点贵。|相比民宿而言，更适合团队活动。

Beautiful surroundings, great for walks in the forest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and the on-site cafe had good food too. We booked the river cabin and it was a shame that we couldn’t sit out on the riverside balcony as the water was very smelly. The room was clean and welcoming upon arrival, but during our 4 day stay they didn’t clean our room again, only replaced towels and threw out trash. All additional amenities we had to pay for, for example 50rmb for one hour of ping pong, 30rmb per movie. The swimming pool was only accessible if you booked your times, remember a swim cap and goggles. We enjoyed a relaxing stay, but probably won’t go back here again.

I love Yiqinyuan for the calm and peaceful forest, I walked by myself during the last day and if you do visit, try to do it without any gadget. Just bring your keycard. Walk through the tall trees, hear the birds, feel the sun and inhale fresh air.It is very sad that I have a non-refundable ticket that made me not enjoy the accomodation I booked. Since it was the coldest day of the year they decided to move all guests who stays in the container van rooms to their building rooms. To move In their main building I need to add more payment and we were relocated to building 5. It was also an advantage since the Foresta Cafe was there and the playroom (not so much in there but still worth the visit). However, the room we were in was so dusty, the aircon was blowing some dusty air and the carpet was so dirty. It ruined the whole trip and even of they were able to change the beddings and vacuum the carpet it was still tickling our noses. We were really looking forward to a nice Chris**as trip but yeah. I booked 3 nights because we really love the place. 😭 The next day I asked again to be moved to a different room, they said they were fully booked but alas there was an available room next to us. The first room was so inconvenient because whenever we turn the lights off the WIFI also goes off. The fridge was not working well, the temperature outside was much better. The second room was better than the first room but the exhaust fan wasn't working. The breakfast was only located in the main restaurant which was 15 mins (waiting for the electric car) away from our building. It was a race to get to breakfast and the seating was not enough to be near the buffet. Time is running and you have Marathon between your table and the buffet table. Food was great though they alternate between the dates. Dinner was also good and had great service but not so much choice of small dished for a small family. Local food at it's best!La Foresta Cafe was interesting. They helped us keep our Chris**as pies in their fridge. The only way to order was via the QR on the table but the catch was you have to pay right away for your order to go through which waa different from the main restaurant. So there we were waiting for our food but they didn't really get through and had to end up sitting and waiting for an hour. The next day it took 30 mins. for the food to come. The taste was good serving was big, can share.The electric cars were very prompt and the drivers were very kind and polite.The food again was really yummy!The staff were friendly too.You can buy swan/duck feed at 5rmb/2 packs at the coffee shop at the reception. They were giving away eyemask and heatpacks.The bottles water was also free. The snack at the room was cheaper than the vending machine.It is far from the town so make sure you have what you need before heading to the resort.They have hangers and iron in every room at building 5 where we stayed. Not a lot of English speaking staff so bring some Mandarin phrases or get ready with a translator APP.After a long mixed review I just wish that the resort informed us ahead that the accomodation will not be available and made an option for rebooking or ensure better accomodation it was really a hassle.

Hotel offers huge space - u can walk here like in a bug park/forest! Delicious buffet dinner 👍Among downsides - no walking pathes, you have to walk on the roads with the cars driving. Only near the lake and in the forest there is one path for pedestrians only. Not convenient with a child. Also, if they had an outdoor swimming pool wouldn't have been perfect.

It’s great. The staff are incredibly helpful. Wang Jun has been very accommodating. The staff at the amusement area and the life guard was very good to us. Traveling with two little kids was exhausting. But this place is kids friendly. The swans and the crabs were one of the highlights of my eldest daughter. We will definitely come back again. Downside is the food. If you’re not up to trying local food then it’s ok.
