It's a legit pet-friendly hotel. Our Dog 🐶 have a wonder full experience and the swimming pool it's clean and the water is clear and properly maintain. We will definitely going back to Hyatt Renessance Chongming. Maybe next time make the breakfast a little more western like added some cheese

Very responsive services and very decent facilities. It's been chosen by many local residents from the city for their accomodation on the island. Restaurants were kind of busy. It is understood for this season. But I would expect more from the Buffet for a global 5-Star hotel. Anyway, this hotel is highly recommendable. Seeing pets everywhere even makes the stay more relaxing.

Great for families, but service was a little lacking. The F&B can be improved in the All Day Dining and the Executive Lounge was beneath standard to the brand. Nice gardens, bicycle rental and Xbox area complement the family activities. Ñ

Hotel is not bad, but during our stay, most of the common areas were quite cold. Also, water in the main pool was quite cold, as well as the air temperature, making it unpleasant. It is ok for pure swimming, but since it is a family hotel, temperature should be fine also for kids playing. Service in the Merket restaurant was quite poor, while in the Chinese restaurant the service was very good, as well as the food, much better than in the Market. Breakfast is good.There is a small outside playground with animals. Some of the animals (the cow, the small rodents…) look a little bit suffering. If you don’t speak Chinese it is quite difficult to understand what kind of activities can be done (in the hotel or with hotel support), and nobody is proposing anything at first.All in all, not thinking to come back.

酒店还不错，但在我们住宿期间，大部分公共区域都很冷。另外，主泳池的水很冷，气温也很低，让人不舒服。纯粹的游泳还可以，但是因为是家庭旅馆，所以温度应该也适合孩子们玩耍。 Merket餐厅的服务很差，而中餐厅的服务非常好，食物也比市场里的好得多。早餐很好。外面有一个小游乐场，里面有动物。有些动物（牛、小型啮齿动物……）看起来有点痛苦。如果你不会说中文，很难理解可以进行什么样的活动（在酒店或在酒店的支持下），而且一开始也没有人提出任何建议。总而言之，不想再回来了。

Great vacation spot in Chongming with a really nice breakfast buffet. Hotel is pet friendly and occasionally organizes pet related events. Property is green and spread out, with lots of areas to play and relax. There is a horse riding club adjacent to the hotel.

崇明的绝佳度假胜地，提供非常美味的自助早餐。酒店欢迎宠物入住，偶尔会组织与宠物相关的活动。酒店绿树成荫，分布广泛，有很多可供玩耍和放松的区域。酒店毗邻一个骑马俱乐部。

從浦東機場直接搭出租車過來，晚間因為很偏遠，所以只能**外賣。房間很好，早餐也很好吃，逛逛酒店，規劃很好很美。

The location for this establishment is great but, for a 5 star hotel, this has been my worst experience and stay. Many of the room switches does not correspond with what was labelled eg: master switch only turns off the lights by the curtains, bathroom switch turns off the dining room lights. The dog park located in the hotel does not have light at night, which was a disappoin**ent as we took our dogs along expecting to be able to let them run around at night. Upon leaving, we decided to have a quick bite at 咖啡厅. We were informed that there will be a 45 ‘minute wait time which was completely understandable knowing it is the golden week in china. But what we did not expect was to have to have 15 minutes for a canned sparkling water, hot milk and a cold latte. The food came out quickly after, they served the burger on a shovel, for the ease of eating, I requested for a plate. Having to wait 20 minutes just for a plate was just unreasonable, I had to remind them to bring the plate to me, by then the burger was cold and inedible. I requested for a new burger which they accepted, but to my surprised, the person in charge came to ask if I would like a new burger after 20 minutes and it is after previous waiter and waitress confirmed that the burger was already being re-fired. The only thing that made our stay warm and brighten up our experience was Martin Zhu in the F&B depar**ent. He was great to help arrange seats for us in varies outlets so that we could bring along our two dogs. On our second day, after a disappointing meal outside of the hotel, Martin also quickly came to our rescue by preparing food for us when we were back. Overall, the experience would have been terrible if it wasn’t for him.

这家酒店的位置很棒，但是对于一家五星级酒店来说，这是我最糟糕的经历和住宿。许多房间开关与标签不符，例如：主开关仅关闭窗帘旁的灯，浴室开关关闭餐厅的灯。酒店内的狗公园晚上没有灯光，这令人失望，因为我们带着狗一起走，希望能够让它们在晚上到处跑。离开后，我们决定去咖啡厅吃点东西。我们被告知将有 45 分钟的等待时间，这是完全可以理解的，因为知道这是中国的黄金周。但没想到的是，要花15分钟才能喝到罐装苏打水、热牛奶和冷拿铁。食物很快就出来了，他们把汉堡放在铲子上，为了方便吃，我要了一个盘子。为了一个盘子要等20分钟真是不合理，我不得不提醒他们把盘子拿给我，那时汉堡已经冷了而且不能吃了。我要求一个新的汉堡，他们接受了，但令我惊讶的是，20分钟后，负责人过来问我是否需要一个新的汉堡，这是在之前的服务员和女服务员确认汉堡已经被重新烧制之后。唯一让我们保持温暖并让我们的经历更加美好的是餐饮部门的Martin Zhu。他很乐意帮助我们在不同的商店安排座位，这样我们就可以带着我们的两只狗一起去。第二天，在酒店外吃了一顿令人失望的饭后，马丁也很快来拯救我们，当我们回来时为我们准备食物。总的来说，如果没有他，这段经历将会很糟糕。
