This is easily the best hotel if you’re looking for a worry-free stay. I’ve been to another branch before, and the service is consistently excellent—always top-tier. I enjoy cooking for myself, and they provided everything I needed, from oil, sugar, and salt to utensils and cutlery. The daily housekeeping is reliable, the gym is well-maintained, and everything functions smoothly. The location is also very convenient, just a 2-minute bike ride from the station. Thanks to the staff for being so accommodating, and a special thank-you to Wendy for going above and beyond to assist me!这家酒店绝对是最好的选择，如果你想要住在一个无需担心任何事情的地方。我之前住过他们的另一家分店，服务始终是一流的。我喜欢自己做饭，他们为我提供了所有必需品，比如油、糖、盐，还有厨具和餐具。每天都有客房服务，健身房也很不错，一切都运转得很顺利。位置也非常便利，骑自行车到车站只需两分钟。感谢工作人员的热情配合，特别是Wendy，她总是格外用心帮忙！

I’ve stayed at this hotel chain multiple times and generally have little to worry about. The service is top-notch—special thanks to Wendy for her thoughtfulness. However, I encountered some issues with the Exquisite Deluxe room, where the bed is on a loft. During my stay in Shanghai, the cold weather made sleeping without air conditioning difficult due to poor ventilation in the loft. I requested a fix, but was told the cooling function was disabled because of the cold outside, leaving me to either open the window (noisy from road traffic) or rely on a fan they kindly provided. This helped until the weather turned hot a few days later. The lack of cooling became a real problem—last night was unbearable when the fan broke down at midnight. While the staff were great, management should ensure the air conditioning’s cooling option is always available, especially for ventilation in a hotel of this caliber. If you’re considering a loft room, keep this in mind.我在这家连锁酒店住了很多次，通常都不用担心什么。服务一流，特别感谢Wendy的体贴。不过，我在上海住精致豪华房时遇到了一些问题，床在阁楼上。天气很冷时，由于阁楼通风不好，没空调我睡不着。我要求修理，但他们说因为外面冷，制冷功能被关了，只能开窗（路边噪音很大）或者用他们好心提供的风扇。这还行，直到几天后天气变热。没制冷真是个大问题——昨晚太热了，风扇半夜还坏了。虽然员工很不错，但管理层应该确保空调制冷随时可用，至少为了通风，这么高档的酒店应该做到。如果你考虑住阁楼房，要注意这一点。

選擇base簡直太對了！家人們，這次入住Base酒店體驗超棒🥰！房間乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適🛏，一進房間就感覺超放鬆。酒店員工服務熱情周到，微笑服务还很有礼貌，做事特别有效率。特别是前台Wendy小姊姊和保安大叔002处理问题很灵活。每個人都笑臉相迎😊。周邊交通便利，美食眾多。性價比超高，下次出行還選這兒💖！

整體都是比較滿意的，而且有獨立的衣物間放行李箱和掛衣物，這點真的很不錯。唯一美中不足的是一到晚上走廊的燈只有很少是亮着的，暗暗的有些可怕😟

房間乾淨，裝修风格不會非常商務。浴室配備洗手液，洗頭水，护髮素等。不過三個人住浴室稍微小了一点，也沒有挂勾。房間有小廚房，冰箱和洗乾衣機非常方便，没有多余傢俱廚具但需要的都有。就算没有的告訴前台也會送到房間。**櫃就在酒店外面。

酒店職員002笑容滿臉，而且會主動提供幫忙，家人一致稱讚這位職員的熱誠。酒店位置在徐家匯，雖不是旅遊區，但靜中帶旺，應有盡有。總結：性價比無敵
