房间原先是公寓 后改造成宾馆 所以比较大，功能齐全。早餐需要改善一点。由于经常有会议招待，有时没有房间。建议提前预定。

Staff is friendly. But room was verily dirty, especially the bathroom. Hair everywhere. Overall, room is very dusty. Behind the curtain there was forgotten KFC garbage. On the balcony many cursed cigarettes that no one cleaned up.

In Shanghai for <24 hours, the company booking my tour put me in the Vienna Int. Hotel for the night. I have mixed feelings. Read on for details.||||Located about 20 minutes from the airport on the free courtesy shuttle (with only one pickup an hour on a poorly marked van), the Vienna International Hotel (PUdong) is convenient to the airport, but not the city. (For this reason alone, I'm sorry I didn't stay closer to mid-town, but: it's a trade off.) The hotel looks/feels modern. The rooms are small but nicely furnished with a nicely sized flat-screen TV and plent of electric outlets and USB ports. The bathroom is stylish and modern. There is a hotpot to make tea, several types, but no coffee. The room was quiet, easily darkened and the bed comfortable. The WiFi worked well though you will want to have a VPN ready (here and throughout China) if you plan on accessing many U.S. sites (including Google, Gmail, Facebook, Instagram and the NY Times.)||||Negatives: For an "International Hotel", the hotel staff's English skills were barely adequate. Thank goodness for Google Translate (which did work.) There is no fitness center. There is a shortage of food options within walking distance. If you do decide to enter the city, it's far away. The shuttle is inconvenient and easily missed a the airport.||||Breakfast was included in my stay but I missed it, opting to find some local dim sum.

I guess this is an International chain hotel. In Shanghai alone there are at least 10under the same name in different locations. The one that we stayed was located in Shanghai Pudong New Area, 9825 South Road.||Last year when we were in Lijiang, we spent one night in Vienna Hotel. This year when the tour group took us to this hotel, we know what to expect: nothing fancy, but you can have a good night rest. Our room was a good sized room, the beds were firm. The carpet needs a shampoo and the bathroom was clean. Over all it was a comfortable stay. ||Happy Travelling!

Budget price but a nice hotel, it was clean and very comfortable, the staff did not speak much English but we did communicate, and they were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Transportation to downtown Shanghai was great, we took the metro to the market before we left, and it was very easy, but we found out the hard way, that the number 2 line stops and you have to switch platform sides to continue, which was a little confusing. But the hotel was worth the stop for one day, we plan to stay longer next time

价格实惠，但是一家不错的酒店，干净，非常舒适，工作人员不会说太多英语，但我们确实沟通过，而且他们非常友好。我们一定会再次留在这里。去上海市中心的交通很好，我们出发前就坐地铁去了市场，很方便，但是我们很痛苦地发现，2号线停了，你必须换站台才能继续，这就是有点混乱。不过这个酒店还是值得停留一天的，我们计划下次多住一会儿

To stay one night over when you have to be early at the airport|It’s good. Rooms are big, clean so nothing wrong with. They have shuttle bus to airport every hour and approximately 20minutes from Pudong airport. Breakfast is a little Chinese orientated but that okay. |

This hotel was hands down one of the worst experiences in a hotel. I will explain why.||1) the staff spoke almost no English. For an "International" hotel, all of your front desk should be able to communicate in other languages to some degree. Instead, 99% Chinese.||2) The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. This made doing anything or even getting decent food difficult. I had to walk 30 minutes in the cold to get KFC for the day. ||Maybe I expected too much. In Paris, they had 2 or 3 restaurants on site. Here, a convenience store that had no cold drinks in the fridge. ||3) The breakfast was poor. It was traditional Chinese, but everything was cold, even the fried eggs.||4) My room wasn't too bad. There were some stains on the floor that made it unappealing, but it was livable. ||||Usually, you get what you pay for, but in this case, the price was too much for basically a room.
