Shanghai Marriott Hotel Kangqiao

We recently stayed there and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment throughout our stay. The hotel staff, especially Luis and Lucas, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Luis went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from helping us download essential apps to recommending great places to visit. He was incredibly patient with all of our requests and really contributed to making our trip memorable. Lucas was also very attentive and supportive. However, our only negative experience was with the lifeguard at the swimming pool, who was unfortunately quite rude, which put a slight damper on our experience. The hotel’s location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions like Disneyland and the Wildlife Zoo, although it’s a bit far from the city center. All in all, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel, especially if you’re planning to visit the attractions nearby.

Nice hotel and good rooms. Location useful for business and it seems popular with family visiting Disneyland nearby. Usual good Marriott standard and staff very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was OK, if a little busy with families. Not much in the local area, so had to drive a bit to find decent food options. Good stay for work, but that's about it.

不错的酒店和良好的房间。位置适合商务出行，而且似乎很受家庭游客前往附近迪士尼乐园的欢迎。一如既往的万豪标准，工作人员非常高效且乐于助人。早餐还可以，如果与家人一起有点忙。当地不多，所以不得不开车一段时间才能找到像样的食物选择。工作的住宿很好，但仅此而已。

Personal trip with my wife and daughter. The room was clean, spacious and modern! One key advantage of this hotel is its close proximity to Shanghai Disneyland (~10-15mins drive away). The main drawback is the relatively obscure location with few food options nearby. However, there is a convenience store within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here one night for a transit through Shanghai. Although the hotel itself is quite nice, its location had little to offer. It was not all that close to the Pudong airport (30-minute drive), and it had nothing around it but an oncology hospital. The room is spacious, clean, and modern, but unless you have reasons to be in this area, I don't see the attraction.

为了在上海转机，在这里住了一晚。虽然酒店本身相当不错，但它的位置却没什么可提供的。离浦东机场不太近（30分钟车程），周围除了肿瘤医院什么也没有。房间宽敞、干净、现代，但除非你有理由来到这个地区，否则我看不出有什么吸引力。

Fantastic hotel near Shanghai Disney. The hotel is very modern with the rooms being very spacious and new. The hotel gym was decent and the breakfast buffet has a great range of food on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful during the stay. Would recommend to others

酒店設施及服務都非常好！位置較偏，附近是醫院，大型超市也在10公里外，房間挺大的，游泳池及健身房都很好，免費停車，地庫停車場也有足夠車位，早餐款式也多，味道還可以

Unless you aboslutely need to stay in this hotel for reason of close proximity to your business meetings, I would chose another property. ||Extremely busy with business travelers, the attention to details as expected from a Marriott is not there. Check-in at times is busy even though with 3 people at the front desk. ||Quality of food is a below other BonVoy properties in the area. You constantly need to call to the attention of the employees to replenish food at the buffet, pick up dirty plates from the table, etc. ||Water pressure is low. Some of the furnishings show the heavy occupancy. ||Executive lounge, as if there is nobody staying at the hotel.... ||At least for me, the upgrade (Elite Member) was to be at a higher floor not a real upgrade. ||I wish I could give a better rating...||

一下車就有服務員幫忙搬行李進到大廳很寬敞舒服服務員態度都超級好也很熱情幫忙把沈重的行李搬到房間不想出門也有客房餐飲服務超級方便房間的真的非常舒服床很大還有浴缸雖然附近餐廳不多但叫外賣打車都很便利相對安靜許多客人的素質也挺好早餐很好吃！選擇很多價格上我覺得cp值非常棒👍！
