上海迪士尼乐园酒店

As a 5-star hotel, it is new and clean. However, beyond these aspects, it does not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. My 8-year-old child said, "Mommy, there is nothing fancy here, only few pictures on the wall and sparkling on the headboard, I am disappointed." This experience was quite disheartening for us, especially considering we spent RMB 10,000 for 2 nights stay and were not pleased anyone of us, not even my little one. We encountered several problems: 1. Breakfast food was not too bad but was the same every day. The hourly Disney friend show just involved characters coming out and walking one round; they did not even interact with the kids. This didn't seem worth the cost they charged. 2. The hotel’s system is messy. After we provided our passports, they insisted that we also need provide booking information for their traceability. This was really shocking since we had booked the package from the official Disney Resort website, and they still needed proof. This never happened in any other hotels we have stayed in. 3. Photo album was included in our package. this is indicated clearly in the package description in their website. When we requested the photos after our 2-night stay, they declared couldn't find any information in the system and insisted we show evidence. The Disney email confirmation didn’t provide any details. After one hour of checking in all systems, they asked for the park ticket to double-check, but the ticket was in my luggage and buried in dirty laundry. In the end, we gave up on getting the photo album. 4. Major problem, the staff is polite, but that is the only positive attribute. We couldn’t feel any passion from them. They did not seem qualified to work for Disney. This might be due to Disney China not paying them enough, but it is unfair to customers who pay Disney standard rates but do not receive Disney standard service. In conclusion, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel decided it was acceptable to turn off hot water to our guest room during the day without advance notice. For a hotel of this price and with the Disney brand, this should not happen when a room is occupied by a guest. If maintenance had to be done for emergency reasons, we should have been proactively reached out to and offered another room or alternative arrangements. Very disappointed.

酒店决定在白天关闭我们客房的热水，恕不另行通知。对于这个价格和迪士尼品牌的酒店来说，当房间被客人占用时，这种情况不应该发生。如果由于紧急原因必须进行维护，我们应该主动联系并提供另一个房间或其他安排。非常失望。

酒店服務超級好～員工勁有禮貌！！ 房間都好乾淨衛生，重點間房好大，開兩個大喼都冇問題！住酒店仲可以早一個鐘入樂園，行酒店通道～體驗超級正同回票價！大推！😆唔記得影相🥲不過同官方相一致！放心入住！🥰

Stayed in many disneyland hotels all over and it was not really compared to be the same. Of course in SH, this is the best one considering distance to park, early entry, dedicated access to park for hotel guest. Rooms I felt time to refurbish, add more disney themes to it please. Breakfast is not really good. Imagine staying there for 4 mornings and eating the same thing all over 4 days?? They should change their menu daily to consider people staying there usually would be there 3 to 4 days and a change of menu will help really. Don't need a PhD to understand this logic... staff is great and make a point to greet you with their smile and waving hands. Food in hotel not so great though.

住过很多迪士尼乐园的酒店，相比之下确实不太一样。当然，在上海，考虑到到公园的距离、提前进入、为酒店客人提供专用的公园通道，这是最好的。我觉得是时候翻新一下房间了，请添加更多迪士尼主题。早餐确实不太好。想象一下在那里呆 4 个早上，4 天都吃同样的东西吗？他们应该每天更换菜单，考虑到人们通常会在那里待 3 到 4 天，更换菜单确实会有帮助。不需要博士学位才​​能理解这个逻辑……工作人员很棒，他们会用微笑和挥手来迎接你。酒店里的食物虽然不是很好。

There is no place like a Disneyland hotel. And this one does not disappoint. The highlight was dinner at Aurora’s during the fireworks show. Not only was the food and wine first class, but when the fireworks begin, the lights dim and the soundtrack plays. It is almost as good as witnessing the display from the park! There were 3 English channels n the TV (Discovery, NatGeo and AXN - an English movie channel) which were three more than I was expecting. Getting to that park was very easy by either boat or bus. The staff was extremely friendly. And I was always able to find a staff member who spoke English. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone planning a multi-day visit to Shanghai Disneyland (and you really do need at least 2 days to fully experience this park. It is HUGE!)

没有比迪士尼乐园酒店更好的地方了。而这个并没有让人失望。最精彩的是烟花表演期间在奥罗拉餐厅享用的晚餐。不仅食物和酒都是一流的，而且当烟花开始时，灯光变暗，配乐响起。这几乎和在公园里观看表演一样精彩！电视上有 3 个英语频道（Discovery、NatGeo 和 AXN - 一个英语电影频道），比我预期的多了三个。乘船或巴士前往该公园非常方便。工作人员非常友好。我总是能找到会说英语的工作人员。我强烈推荐这家酒店给所有计划多日游览上海迪士尼乐园的人（你确实需要至少 2 天才能充分体验这个公园。它太大了！）

酒店还不错，陈设布局比较舒服，还是蛮有格调的。前台军洁小林的引导服务做的也可以，晚上住宿环境蛮安静的，停车方便，入住很快，房间也比较舒适。细节打动人心，一个中等酒店将住宿以外的细节也做到了让人惊喜。触之所及，目之所向，都让入住的有意外的发现的时候！

上海迪士尼樂園酒店，雖然房內設施偏舊，但是每個飯店服務人員態度非常好，非常有耐心細心解決住客的問題，體驗感受算是很驚訝，出乎意料！還免費給了我們壁櫥床💗而且送了2日入園票、當日入住晚間煥景露檯看煙火雖然盧米亞晚餐的海鮮部份有待加強，但整體晚餐感受跟氛圍還是讓人感到舒服的，還有送的紫色玲娜貝兒月餅很好吃！下次還會選擇入住！

Hotel location is brilliant and shuttle bus also very convenient. Rooms are small but all nice and clean.

酒店位置很好，班车也很方便。房间虽小，但都很漂亮、干净。
