桔子水晶酒店

The central location of this hotel, the proximity to a metro line, and the patience and kindness of the staff are the main draws of this hotel. The rooms are comfortablea, but sometimes the lights flicker on and off. Our bathroom door also would not close. All in all, It gives an impression of a hotel whose hay-day was 10 years ago. However, the hotel is just a few renovations away from it's former glory.

这家酒店的中心位置、靠近地铁线以及工作人员的耐心和友善是这家酒店的主要吸引力。房间很舒适，但有时灯光会忽明忽暗。我们浴室的门也关不上。总而言之，这家酒店给人的印象是10年前的鼎盛时期。然而，这家酒店距离昔日的辉煌仅进行了几次翻修。

The curtain is my room was broken but the manager was quick to mend it. She apologized and offered me an upgrade to a bigger room which I happily accepted. The hotel is strategically located in North Bund, still quite central but far enough from Bund to have a restful sleep.

我房间的窗帘坏了，但经理很快就把它修好了。她向我道歉并为我升级到更大的房间，我很高兴地接受了。酒店地理位置优越，位于北外滩，仍然处于中心位置，但距离外滩足够远，可以安然入睡。

當時選這間酒店是因為離出差開會的地點很近。目前附近都在施工，但是房間的窗戶隔音效果很好，沒有任何問題。相信在不久的未來這塊北外灘會開發的非常熱鬧。假如你是家庭旅遊這邊附近晚上沒有什麼可以逛的。但是地鐵站300公尺，坐一站騎到白玉蘭廣場，有很多小吃街和大型超市。房間內所有的用品、用料有高檔水準。前台工作人員、房間打掃人員、餐廳工作人員都非常稱職，維持一個橘子品牌的高檔機飯店。C P值很高；值得推薦！

Location wise it good. Staff is okay. But the room we stayed was extremely hot. Dry and hot. Its around 20 ish degrees in shanghai, but it’s 28 degrees in the room. Opening the window does not help. So dry that I got sick. There’s not a night in that room where me n my boyfriend had proper rest. We were just sweating profusely while asleep. My throat hurts all the time. I honestly don’t understand their companies policy about heaters. I would never stay there again.

位置明智，很好。工作人员还可以。但我们住的房间非常热。又干又热。上海大约20度左右，但房间里的温度是28度。打开窗户没有帮助。太干燥了，以至于我生病了。在那个房间里，我和男朋友没有一个晚上好好休息过。我们只是睡着的时候满头大汗。我的喉咙总是痛。老实说，我不明白他们公司关于加热器的政策。 我永远不会再呆在那里。

Service was nice. Receptionists were adorable. We arrived one hour and we left one hour after the booking schedule and they told us there was no problem. The orange theme was perfect. With a little bit of orange tooth paste to start and end the day. As well as soap, shampoo, air conditioner.We had a nice view on the shanghai and telecomunication tower that brings nice lights to the view we had.The location is perfect just 2 metro station away from the Huangpu river. For us one of the most important point is you don’t need to go down if you order food, stuff from supermarket or restaurant but there is a little cute robot that brings your stuff to your room. In the room we booked you had the right to many different light setup which is ideal.Thank you for welcoming us.

I stayed here for 6 days 5 nights. The hotel’s location is perfect. It is near Tilanqiao 提篮桥 metro station (exit 4) which is less than 5 minutes walk and near the Raffles City shopping mall. You can get delicious food, snacks and daily essentials in the mall. Also, the North Bund riverside walkway is within 10 minutes walk from the hotel to get a good view of the Pearl tower and the city skyline. I like this hotel’s location because it’s less crowded, has a ‘neighbourhood vibe’ and can reach all the tourists spots by metro within few metro stops which is very convenient. The hotel’s breakfast buffet is nice and worth the price! We get to sample local breakfast cuisine. Hotel room is clean and comfortable too! Well done to the housekeeper. The hotel also provides complimentary mandarin oranges. It’s a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. We received two pastries as souvenirs upon check out. It’s a small gesture that truly warms the heart.

我在这里住了6天5夜。酒店的位置非常完美。靠近提篮桥地铁站（4号出口），步行不到5分钟，靠近莱佛士城购物中心。在商场里你可以买到美味的食物、小吃和日常必需品。此外，北外滩滨江步道距离酒店步行不到10分钟，可欣赏明珠塔和城市天际线的美景。我喜欢这家酒店的位置，因为它不那么拥挤，有一种“邻里氛围”，而且可以在几站地铁内到达所有的旅游景点，非常方便。酒店的自助早餐很不错，值回票价！我们可以品尝当地的早餐美食。酒店房间也干净舒适！管家干得好。酒店还免费提供柑橘。经过一整天的观光后，这真是一种享受。退房时我们收到了两块糕点作为纪念品。这是一个小小的举动，却能真正温暖人心。

雖然離訂單上的可入住時間遲了很多，但前台人員用心的幫我們幫我們處理很好了。帶我們看了很多其他的房型，但我們還是喜歡這間房型，床很大，浴缸也很大，兩個流理台對女生來說擺放化妝品非常方便。打掃的蠻乾淨，整體服務都很好。環境不錯，不會吵雜。以後還會優先選同家酒店。

地點好，離地鐵近方便出門 附近就有商場可以逛，櫃檯也熱心，還有機器人可以送外送到房門特別方便出差好選擇
