The staff were so helpful and attentive. In particular the concierge Morgan Zhang, who went out of his way to help me book by airport car pickup. Irene at the reception was also extremely helpful and Davis Huang the concierge in the morning. We loved our stay.

Nice hotel, very close to the city centre and all attractions, just all around hotel is one big building site that works probably all night. But rooms are quiet and you can’t hear anything.

房間乾淨，視野空曠，並且整個酒店的氛圍非常有意境，並且旁邊交通方便，吃飯選擇也多，對於商務旅行來說真的非常加分，下次到訪一定優先選擇入住此酒店。

房間舒適，游泳池很乾淨。串的服務很到位，番茄蜜餞很好吃。也謝謝禮賓部Davis幫忙收包裹和寄存行李。

We chose this hotel because of the location on the map. We wanted to be close to the Bund, and its location did not disappoint as the Bund was just a short walk away. |Our room was a good size with comfortable twin beds and had tea and coffee making facilities. It had a nice, sized bathroom. The decor was not of ultra modern style, but this was what we were expecting having read the reviews. We found the decor to be charming. We were given a room overlooking the back of the hotel, and although the view was of a small construction area, our room was absolutely fine and was very quiet, being far away from the street. We felt this hotel met all of our needs and offered excellent value for money, being so close to the Bund. |The highlight to me was the lovely swimming pool, which I found to be clean| and the perfect temperature. Don't forget to bring your swimming hat because you will need these to use hotel pools in China. We purchased 2 at the hotel. We found it difficult to find hotels within our budget during our visit to China that offer a swimming pool - so enjoy the lovely one here as we did. |We didn't book the breakfast package, so I can not comment here.| We brought a round of drinks in the reception bar, and my son said these were typical hotel bar prices, so we only did this once. |Overall, we had an excellent stay here, which I can recommend, and we would not hesitate to return to in the future. |

My over all experience at the Sunrise On The Bund Hotel was good. Hotel management made sure they provided me with English speaking representatives to check in and to answer any questions. concierge was very helpful since I was not traveling about Shanghai with a tour guide concierge requested taxis for me when I was going out and they always wrote the addresses of the different places I was going in Chinese to give to cab drivers as I traveled throughout Shanghai. this made communicating with taxi drivers much easier. They also made sure I had the Hotels address written down on paper in Chinese as well. the breakfast was fresh and staff was friendly. I definitely would stay again.

我在外滩浦华大酒店的整体体验很好。酒店管理层确保他们为我提供了会说英语的代表来办理入住并回答任何问题。礼宾部非常乐于助人，因为我没有和导游一起在上海旅行，礼宾部在我外出时为我叫出租车，当我在上海旅行时，他们总是用中文写下我要去的不同地方的地址，以便给出租车司机。这使得与出租车司机的沟通变得更加容易。他们还确保我也用中文将酒店地址写在纸上。早餐很新鲜，工作人员很友好。我肯定会再次入住。

酒店房間挺大，可以看到東方明珠塔，景觀不錯，有浴缸泡澡，但附近施工有些微噪音，酒店服務也非常好，特別是禮賓部朱先生，門衛大叔很有禮貌，工作人員很好
