**Avoid this hotel at all costs!** I recently stayed a few nights at this hotel, and it was an absolutely unacceptable experience. First, the air conditioning wasn’t working at the beginning of October. The hotel had deliberately turned it off and switched to heating, even though it was still warm outside. The room smelled awful, likely because the toilet wasn’t properly installed or sealed, so the smell seemed to come directly from the bathroom. When I contacted the hotel to request that they turn the air conditioning back on, they said it was impossible without a technician, which would take 2-3 days! This was early October in Shanghai, where temperatures can easily reach 30°C. When I stayed, it was 24°C outside at night, but the room heated up to 31°C due to poor ventilation. It was impossible to sleep or rest in such conditions. They provided a fan, but it was extremely weak and broke after only a few hours. When I asked for a replacement, I was told they were all rented out. I wonder why. The whole situation was unbelievable—this was meant to be a chain have some kind of quality promise. I can confidently say I’ll never stay at any Holiday Inn again. When I asked for a refund for the last night (because I couldn’t bear to stay any longer), I was only refunded about half of what I paid. The excuse was that booking fees from booking.com would be deducted. They offered to move us to a larger room, but what’s the point of that when the air conditioning still doesn’t work? They also didn’t offer any compensation for misleading us about having air conditioning on the website. Overall, this stay was beyond frustrating. Please don’t ruin your holiday by booking here. I’m extremely unsatisfied and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. 千万不要住这家酒店！ 我最近在这家酒店住了几晚，体验非常糟糕，简直让人无法接受。我们入住的时间是十月初，他们居然把空调关掉了，改成了暖气，这个时候天气还很热。房间里还有一股很难闻的味道，感觉是厕所没有装好或者密封不严，味道都散出来了到整个房间，真的非常恶心。 我联系前台要求把空调开回来，结果他们说要等师傅来弄，至少要两三天的时间。十月的上海气温简简单单就容易30度了，房间里没有空调根本待不住！我住的那几天晚上外面气温大概24度，但房间里却闷热到31度，通风极差，完全睡不着。 酒店只给了一个风扇，结果用了一会就坏了，而且这个风扇风力弱得离谱。打电话给前台，她们告诉我所有风扇都借出去了。这么热不都借出去才怪呢。因为以为连锁酒店有保障才定的这家住宿，我以后再也不会住任何假日酒店了。 我最后实在受不了，要求退掉最后一晚的房费，结果只退了大概一半的钱，理由是他们要扣除预定的佣金。酒店唯一的“解决方案”就是给我们换一个大一点的房间，但是空调全部都没开，换房间有什么用？并且他们根本没有提到任何赔偿，明明网站上写着有空调，完全就是误导。 总之，这次入住体验非常差，强烈不推荐！

櫃檯服務人員,餐廳服務人員服務的很親切,房間打掃得很乾淨,餐廳的食物很多可以挑選.....但是中餐的菜色可以載多一些選擇.飯店的地點離地鐵10號線很近,很方便交通外出.

古北店门面不大，走过很容易错过，但是还有个像模像样的停车场，前台也不大，但是服务人员很热情 房间干净整洁，很舒适

离水城路地铁站也號出口不远，仙霞路上也很多餐館可用餐，商務出行可以選擇。樓下有很多上海早餐可以參考一下。

非常感謝服務員的友善服務態度，房間衛生整潔，相對同一價位，物超所值，歺廳設計非常現代感，味道十分美味，值得一讃
