This hotel is actually just over the river/creek. It is maybe 100 metres further away then it indicates now. But it is unclear to me how to change Google maps. Anyway staying in the hotel now. The rooms are very comfortable and spacy. Shower works really well. Rooms do smell a little like people smoked in it. The distance from the nearest subway station (Pengpu Xincun, line 1) is a 20 minute straight walk. To Line 7 it is a 30 minute or so walk (Changzon Road). There are buses available but I did not try. Line 1 takes you to nightlife in about 20-30 minutes and also to some major attractions. Actually line 1 stops at various popular venues and has last ending time of all lines in the weekend. To get to the hotel from subway take Exit 3 , turn right, straight on to get to the hotel. They also have converters for charging your phone (if needed) The hotel lobby has huge air purifiers. WiFi you need a Chinese phone number but even then of course very limited as most services from the West are blocked in China. There is not much to do around the hotel, a convenience store (of course) and some several mini supermarkets. But there are no western restaurants and also no nightlife. There is a running track next to the hotel. The hotel mainly caters currently to Chinese. So the hotel reception does not speak English. Best to avoid hassle and prepay. My Alipay did not work for example and my Mastercard also not. For emergency there is an ICBC not that far. Breakfast is ok a mix between Western and Chinese. They have a robot for WaiMai brothers to bring you your delivery food. So fine hotel if you already know Shanghai, I would not recommended for first time visitors. But if you know Shanghai it can be a good place to stay at. They give 2 bottles of water a day for free. Do NOT drink the tap water.

가성비 최강의 숙소 교통이 약간 불편하긴 하나 최고임

最物有所值的住宿 交通有点不方便，不过已经是最好的了
