我以前住过这家连锁别墅酒店的另外家店。嗯这次是另一个别墅，但是装修风格和之前的别墅不一样。服务很棒我很喜欢住在这种别墅型的民宿中。因为她感觉就像家里一样环境很好。上海住别墅是一种享受，很多上海的本地人都从来没有住过别墅的

这家连锁别墅民宿位于虹桥火车站附近, 大概10分钟车程. 虹桥这里的别墅很漂亮, 真正的花园景观.老板知道我们远道而来,所以特意亲自接送,豪车,别墅,上海+美女管家.真正的享受哦,关键价格实惠, 比传统的筒子楼酒店好多了.

我们是在朋友的介绍下特意来的奥。这家店的员工很热情，听说已经连锁了很多家。来的时候老板听说使朋友介绍的，所以特意亲自宝马车来接我们，整体住下来感觉很温馨，也很亲切自然。就是自己的家

这个别墅的环境非常漂亮，旁边还有一个新开的书店。可以在里面看书。里面还有咖啡吧还有小吃吧，看累了可以到这里回来睡觉。神一般的享受

民宿酒店的风格高雅，已经在他们家的连锁店住过好多次，总体来说感觉像自己家一样可以听音乐看电视自己做饭自己买菜

We have booked this hotel for a few nights - end of Nov '17 - to attend the exhibition at NECC as it was located in walking distance (!) to the exhibition hall.||||We arrived from overseas to the given address not too late - around 8pm, but there was no one expecting us even we have emailed in advance about our arrival. ||The security at the gate didnt want to let us in, and no one spoke English around, of course, nor pick up our calls... Finally, after a while the security was convinced and we were making our way to the Villa entrance.||||There we met 2 Chinese persons, who didnt speak any English but used a Google translate to explain to us that we need to wait "for something" again... :-/ After a long journey and couple of flights to get there this "waiting" was quite unpleasant, because it seemed like they cant place us at the villa... ||||After some time, another chinese driver (no English speaking, of course) arrived, took our luggages to the car and made us understand that we must go somewhere else with him... It seemed strange, but there was very little communication so we couldnt really understand whats going on until we get in the car... The driver left villa and took us to the unknown direction, about 15min far driving away (!!!) from the NECC exhibition place - we were shocked as our plan was to get there only by walking (!) every single day since we were an exhibitors there. This was the main reason we booked that Villa place - not some other hotels - the distance was really a matter! ||||We end up near by some town-house that Chinese management decided to replace for us, because they didnt have a room available at the Villa. And we was informed about that after pushing the driver to call someone who could explain whats happening in English. ||We refused to have a look at the new place they proposed, as I must repeat - the distance for us was a big matter. And we were not going to use a taxi everyday bcs of someone else's mistake.||||Then, the driver brought us back to the Villa and we waited till, finally, the manager herself arrived. She only apologised for the mistake, and proposed one room of different type from our booking at the underground floor of the Villa. The room in reality looked different from the photos they show "for booking" - the air around was so humid (like in a storage place) because there was no window (!!!), means no day-light at all... This was the only option which we couldnt accept even with the manager's "Sorry", of course. ||The manager also promised to make a full refund for us, but that never happened till now... ||||After all, we moved to stay in the Intercontinental Shanghai NECC - which has its own connection bridge to the exhibition. And we admitted it was the best choice, we could make that night.

我们已经预订了这家酒店几晚 - 2017 年 11 月底 - 为了参加 NECC 的展览，因为它距离展览馆只有几步之遥。||||我们从海外到达指定的地址，时间并不太晚 - 大约晚上 8 点，但是虽然我们提前通过电子邮件通知了我们的到达时间，但并没有人期待我们的到来。 ||门口的保安不想让我们进去，当然周围没有人会说英语，也不接我们的电话……最后，过了一会儿，保安被说服了，我们才向别墅入口走去。||||在那里，我们遇到了两个中国人，他们不会说英语，但用谷歌翻译向我们解释说，我们需要再次等待“某事”……:-/经过长途旅行和几次飞行才到达那里，这种“等待”非常不愉快，因为他们似乎不能把我们安排在别墅……||||过了一段时间，另一个中国司机（当然不会说英语）来了，把我们的行李拿到车上，让我们明白我们必须和他一起去其他地方……这看起来很奇怪，但是我们之间的交流很少，所以我们直到上车才真正明白发生了什么……司机离开了别墅，带我们去了未知的方向，距离 NECC 展览场地大约 15 分钟车程（！！！）——我们很震惊，因为我们的计划是步行到那里（！）自从我们在那里参展以来，已经过去了整整一天。这是我们预订那家别墅的主要原因——而不是其他酒店——距离真的是个问题！||||我们最终住在附近的一些联排别墅里，中国管理层决定为我们更换这些联排别墅，因为别墅里没有空房。在催促司机打电话给能用英语解释情况的人后，我们才得知了这一消息。||我们拒绝看他们推荐的新住处，我必须再说一遍——距离对我们来说是个大问题。而且由于别人的错误，我们不会每天都打车。||||然后，司机把我们带回了别墅，我们终于等到了经理本人。她只是为错误道了歉，并建议我们住在别墅地下一层，房间类型与我们预订的房间不同。房间实际看起来和他们“预订”的照片不一样——周围的空气非常潮湿（就像在仓库里一样），因为没有窗户（！！！），也就是说完全没有阳光……当然，这是唯一的选择，即使经理说了“抱歉”，我们也无法接受。||经理还承诺全额退款，但直到现在才兑现……||||毕竟，我们后来搬到了国家会展中心上海洲际酒店——那里有自己的连接桥通往展览中心。我们承认，那是那天晚上我们能做出的最佳选择。

I have stayed at this place for 6 nights to attend the exhibition at NECC. This place is located in the very posh gated community and NECC is at walking distance. Staff is very helpful. They allowed to use the kitchen and also Indian restaurant Indian Masala provides home delivery to this location. Highly recommended place to stay in this area. Metro line 2 is at 10 min walking distance which goes till Pudong Airport. Hongqiao railway station and airport is 10 min taxi ride away.

我在这家酒店住了6晚，参加了国家会展中心的展览。酒店坐落在一个非常高档的封闭式社区内，步行即可到达国家会展中心。工作人员非常乐于助人。他们允许客人使用厨房，而且印度餐厅Indian Masala还提供送餐服务。强烈推荐在该地区住宿。步行10分钟即可到达地铁2号线，直达浦东机场。乘坐出租车10分钟即可到达虹桥火车站和机场。
