A lovely stay overall. The Puli Hotel & Spa met our expectations for a relax and comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, especially all the staff were professional and friendly. ||Hotel room was clean and spacious. The views from the room were nice (with JingAn Park view ) and we very enjoyed the fully-stocked minibar with daily refreshment very much. ||Last but least, we also have a drink at the Long Bar, and the cocktails were very nice. All the mixologist and staff were knowledgeable and professional. They were friendly too and said “thank you” in Cantonese with us. Thanks.

总体来说是一次愉快的住宿。璞丽酒店满足了我们对轻松舒适住宿的期望。 从我们到达的那一刻起，服务就无可挑剔，尤其是所有的工作人员都专业而友好。 ||酒店房间干净宽敞。房间的景色很美（可以看到静安公园的景色），我们非常喜欢储备充足的迷你吧，每天都有茶点。 ||最后但最不重要的是，我们还在Long Bar喝了一杯，鸡尾酒非常好喝。所有的调酒师和工作人员都知识渊博且专业。 他们也很友好，用粤语和我们说“谢谢”。 谢谢。

Visiting Shanghai with a special atmosphere. The Puli Hotel offers very comfortable Chinese design rooms, away from the typical western luxury business hotels. Efficient check-in, very nice breakfast room with a view on the trees. The experiences starts when you enter the hotel through a impressive nicely Chinese-style design decorated path. Nice gym with view on the trees as well.

带着特殊的气氛游览上海。璞丽酒店提供非常舒适的中式设计客房，远离典型的西方豪华商务酒店。登记入住效率很高，早餐室非常漂亮，可以看到树林。当您通过一条令人印象深刻的中式设计装饰通道进入酒店时，体验就开始了。不错的健身房，还可以欣赏到树木的景色。

Beautiful and calm design that combine tradition with modern aesthetic. The hotel is a bit dated but well kept. Service attentive but this time some members of staff lack good command of English so a few communication problems . Bar service very slow in brining menus even if the bar didn’t seem particular busy . Otherwise good service in general . Special attention to the Spanish lady working at the front desk that was supper helpful efficient and professional. Thank you so much

It is my first time to stay at Shanghai Puli Hotel and Spa. I really like the hotel's environment and service. Both of the hotel manager and staff are really nice and professional. And the Hotel is located in the heart of Shanghai business district, which is very convenient for transportation. It is only take a few minutes to walk to the famous shopping mall. My family and I are really enjoy the stay in Puli.

这是我第一次入住上海璞丽酒店。我非常喜欢酒店的环境和服务。酒店经理和工作人员都非常友善和专业。酒店位于上海商务区中心地带，交通十分便利。步行几分钟即可到达著名的购物中心。我和我的家人非常享受在埔里的住宿。

Very good experience! At first I was attracted by the designs of the hotel. But the service here was so outstanding which blows my mind. Each staff here was friendly and welcoming. They really gave me and my girlfriend an unforgettable experience. They are have magic to make every of my request to become true. Highly recommended!!!!

飯店入口非常的有中國風，有獨特的香氣，接待處有沙發可休息，還有餅乾與飲料可喝，接待人員專業有耐心，打車與訂位的問題都可迎刃而解，房間非常新，有特色，備品齊全，MINI BAR免費，窗外靜安公園與靜安寺風景令人心情愉悅，晚上有夜床鋪床服務，睡的很好。|早餐有半自助沙拉吧與現點餐點，非常好吃，現點餐可續。游泳池與三溫暖設備高級，使用人數適當，健身房外風景好，設施齊。|飯店地理位置優越，到市中心景點近。|我們全家在這的體驗很棒，總體來說是個非常好的飯店。

It’s indeed an urban resort hotel but it’s only on design. Hospitality from the staffs should be further improved. The issue is the reception just offered me to upgrade the rooms with some costs while I’m the first time customer which unable to know if the hotel match with the expectation of worthiness. This small action of upsell makes me a little bit disappointing. At around 5pm, the staff came in to clean up and make the room neat but I just checked in at 4pm. The staff ring the bell 3 times in 5 seconds and tried to enter the room while I was sleeping. I was quite shock and made a constructive feedback to the reception. No follow up from there onwards and no one provides any explanation later.The hotel has a superb strategic location. It’s walkable to the Jing’an Temple and subway station, adjacent to good commercial area of Jing’an Kerry Center which has many international F&B brands like Shake Shack, Blue Bottle, Piebird. The commercial area also has some modern Chinese bistro like GUI Bistro, Cucurucu which offered great hot cooked food (not sweet dish like local Shanghainese taste). The room is spacious, good view of the city, comfortable mattress and have good sound proof.

这确实是一家城市度假酒店，但只是设计上的。工作人员的接待态度有待进一步提高。问题是接待处只是让我升级房间，需要一些费用，而我是第一次顾客，无法知道酒店是否符合预期的价值。这种追加销售的小动作让我有点失望。下午 5 点左右，工作人员进来打扫卫生，让房间变得整洁，但我下午 4 点才入住。工作人员在 5 秒内按响了 3 次门铃，并试图趁我睡觉时进入房间。我很震惊，并向接待处提出了建设性的反馈。此后就没有任何后续情况，也没有人提供任何解释。酒店地理位置优越。步行即可到达静安寺和地铁站，毗邻静安嘉里中心良好的商业区，拥有Shake Shack、Blue Bottle、Piebird等众多国际餐饮品牌。商业区也有一些现代的中式小酒馆，如 GUI Bistro、Cucurucu，提供美味的热菜（不像上海本地人口味的甜菜）。房间宽敞，享有城市美景，床垫舒适，隔音效果良好。

Very cosy hotel very well located for business. Spacious rooms with élégant décoration. Great spa (pool jacuzzi and steam and sauna) and restaurants. Very nice breakfast.|I got sick and the hotel arranged everything and buy medicine for me|Very nice staff too
