Sheraton Shanghai Waigaoqiao Hotel

Stay 3 nights for business conference at Club foor. The room and toilet are big and comfy. After noon tea is just Ok. Dinner at 51st floor for club room has not many varieties same as breakfast. The Metro is about hundred meter away from the hotel but takes about 45 min. to city center, Nanging rd.

入住 3 晚，在俱乐部楼层参加商务会议。房间和卫生间又大又舒适。中午喝茶就OK了。 51楼俱乐部房的晚餐品种不多，和早餐一样。地铁距酒店约百米，车程约 45 分钟。到市中心，南宁路。

My stay at the Sheraton Shanghai Waigaoqiao Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a breathtaking view of the city.

我在上海外高桥喜来登酒店的住宿真是令人难忘。从我到达的那一刻起，友好而细心的工作人员就让我感到非常受欢迎。房间宽敞，设计精美，配备现代化设施，可欣赏令人惊叹的城市景观。

Excellent location for business purposes, the stay was pleasant and the staff was very polite and helpful with all my questions, there’s no problem with communicating in English. There’s also restaurant at the hotel and the service is also great

Stayed here for 2nights and 3 days. Excellent customer service. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices and delicious. Spacious and well-decorated room. Will come back again

Cold and noisy rooms; there is a gap of about 1 cm or 1/2” between the windows and the frames that they sloppily cover with black duct tape. Of course, this doesn’t do much on cold or windy days. On getting up after the first night the bathroom must have been at 15°C max. They changed me to another room, but this wasn’t much better; here the bathroom was warmer but one could hear the wind and feel the cold outside air flowing into the room while in bed.|An even worse experience at the restaurant for breakfast; it was freezing cold, so much that I had to go back to the room to put on my winter coat, like many other guests were doing. Breakfast selection was nothing to write home about, either.|I still do not understand that they risk the reputation of the Sheraton brand slapping it in this hotel (which I am told used to operate under the Marriott brand).|The gym was okay, though; just a bit dated and lacking maintenance like the rest of the establishment.|Next time I will loom for an alternative.

The hotel is always clean and the front desk staff are very helpful. We had a situation with our room window and the front desk were very accommodating in moving us to another room. This hotel is also contracted with Emirates Airlines for their cabin crews which says a lot for the standards and amenities.

酒店总是很干净，前台工作人员非常乐于助人。我们的房间窗户有问题，前台非常乐于助人，帮我们换到了另一个房间。这家酒店还与阿联酋航空签订了空乘人员合同，这说明了酒店的标准和设施。

Spacious room with a nice view. Yummy food. The staff are all friendly and hospitable. Will come back again.

I checked into the hotel on 10-Sep. Upon checking i checked if i have beem upgraded, but i was told that upgrade is not automatic, i have to call to check and request. Well thats new to me. I never know i have to do that. After checked in, housekeeping team has did a good job to ensure i have comfortable stay and accommodated to my request. Club lounge experience was equally poor. Such a grand feel, but happy hour spread was well sloppy. Limited wine selection, fruit juice - they aren't real juice, let put it that way....Breakfast today totally broke my last bit of imagination and hope for Sheraton. Felt like i habe entered into a breakfast buffet restaurant at a 3-star hotel. Poor spread and unfriendly non smiling staffs. I felt as if i have done something wrong to the staffs. There is not shanghai famous xiaolongbao, shengjianbao..... Noodle that i have requested was overcooked, soggy and soup is tasteless even after i have added soy sauce vinegar to it. Such a let down ||I am just wondering if this Sheraton that i am staying is a 3-star Sheraton.
