一進到飯店就有種舒服的香味，且辦理入住到進房的整個服務流程真的很棒 🎉， 首先管家Colin很仔細跟我們介紹飯店以及附近的一些景點路線，加了微信後我們所問的問題都也很快速的回答我們，甚至還幫我們延遲退房～～大大的開心一進房間後被迎賓水果&巧克力嚇到，整個超精緻漂亮的，而且都是很優的水果。後續也有再補滿水果及甜點，整個心情大好。飯店早餐選擇真的很多，中式表現的出色，都很好吃。還有新鮮現榨的果汁，我每天早上都吃超飽。至於西式早餐早上能吃到水波蛋跟煙燻鮭魚再配上奶茶，真的絕配。4天3夜的行程啊，艾迪遜真的給我非常好的印象，設備環境地點都是一等一，管家Colin的服務及貼心更是沒話說，下次去上海一定還會選艾迪遜。服務真的都很貼心！！！

房間很好，服務細緻周到，五星服務尤其是Colin，服务很好，介绍房间的细节也很主动加了微信有什么问题可以直接联系他。刚好是小孩的生日colin给安排了蛋糕和水果巧克力等等 小孩子非常的开心，还给我们安排了可以看到东方明珠的房间！遇到問題店員很熱情高效的解決。出行方便，去外灘很方便就几步而已，早餐是我目前住过最好吃的早餐，非常推薦入住！

这次入住非常愉快。在上海艾迪逊酒店过生日绝对是一个正确的选择，无论是服务、早餐、酒吧等等一切都很完美，房间的景色非常的好。蛋糕也非常好吃，下次到上海还会入住。

The layout was significantly better than a standard room, with the highlight being a bathtub right next to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Lying in bed at night, I could simply roll over and take in the mesmerizing Bund skyline, lit up like a jewel in the night.||The staff's warmth was palpable from the moment I stepped into the hotel. A heartfelt "welcome home" greeting made me feel truly appreciated and at ease after a long journey. The front desk continued to impress with their consistent professionalism and swift response to any request.||As part of the New Year's festivities, the hotel gifted us with some lovely local treats - snake year packaged White Rabbit candies, chocolates, and a fresh fruit platter. These gestures added a sweet touch to our holiday celebration. The parking attendants were also incredibly helpful, assisting with our luggage both upon arrival and departure.||The minibar was a pleasant surprise, stocked with a diverse selection of complimentary beverages and snacks, perfect for a night in. Additionally, the free shoe-shining service was a thoughtful touch for business travelers like myself. The amenities from Le Labo were luxurious, with a high-end fragrance that lingered pleasantly. The bedding was another highlight, providing the perfect balance of comfort for a restful night's sleep.||Breakfast at the Edition was personalized with an à la carte menu, ensuring no orders were missed and offering an array of authentic Shanghainese dishes. 酒店的位置绝佳，出门就是南京路步行街，走到外滩也就5分钟左右！酒店服务人员也非常专业的，进进出出都会和你打招呼，服务响应非常及时！非常满意的入住体验！

1、停车方便，入住很快，房间也比较舒适，价格不贵，环境也不错，房间干净，入住首选，满意。2、酒店服务非常好，很热情，服务态度特别棒，卫生很干净，出入很方便，南京东路吃住一体，整体还是十分舒适的。3、酒店干净宽敞明亮，设施方便，服务好的没话说，热情，效率高，基本有求必应，主要是房价实惠，停车免费，住的很满意！4、非常好，环境很漂亮，房间里面非常干净，卫生间干湿分离，酒店前台很热情，服务周到，这里特别感谢Ronald,保重下次见！🤝

在旅途的最後兩天安排入住Shanghai Edition真的是最正確的決定，整體的體驗都非常非常好，可以理解這麼多人推薦的原因。特別稱讚服務人員Colin，從入住開始就給我們賓至如歸的感受，對於我們的需求更是有求必應，且為客人想的更多，做的更多。之後到上海必定會再次選擇Shanghai Edition入住！

非常好的一次入住体验。Lily工作人员服务态度十分贴心，主动提供干净的毛巾和饮品，水质好，服务，方方面面都无可挑剔，强烈推荐给大家。
