這酒店服務非常好，還幫忙買了水果，晚上十一點還忙着幫我找拼車。環境也很清靜優雅，樓上楊枱可以坐着欣賞玉龍雪山 早上也可以觀看日照金山。有機會還會入住。

躺在床上就能看到日照金山，環境很乾淨，房間非常寬敞！👍🏻 最impressive 的是服務真的超級讚😎😎春節那幾天打不到的士，老闆小哥哥主動把自行車借給我們！然後有一晚沒有氧氣瓶，老闆小哥哥還送了我們一瓶氧氣瓶！！！😭

走路好近束河古鎮，3分鐘左右，店主熱情款待，裝修古色古香，時光太快，期待下次再來。環境優美自然，簡約大氣。

The overall environment is decent, and while the complex is quite large and takes some time to navigate, it’s conveniently close to Shuhe Ancient Town. However, during our stay, housekeeping entered our locked room without permission, seriously compromising our privacy and sense of security. “If I truly needed housekeeping, why would I still lock the physical door lock?” When we reported this to management, they initially insisted that no cleaner had entered our room and promised to review security footage and follow up, but there was no further response. Even when housekeeping did enter, the room was left in disarray, with the bed unprofessionally made, belongings carelessly piled, and trash on the floor uncollected. Despite the good location and surroundings, incidents like this make it difficult to fully enjoy the stay."

整体环境不错，虽然小区面积较大，需要一些时间才能找到，但距离束河古镇很近，交通便利。然而，在我们入住期间，客房服务人员未经允许就进入了我们上锁的房间，严重侵犯了我们的隐私和安全感。“如果我真的需要客房服务，为什么还要锁实体门锁？”我们向酒店管理层反映此事后，他们最初坚称没有清洁人员进入过我们的房间，并承诺会查看监控录像并进行后续处理，但最终没有得到任何回应。即使客房服务人员真的进入了房间，房间也显得杂乱无章，床铺整理得非常不专业，物品随意堆放，地板上的垃圾无人清理。尽管地理位置优越，周边环境优美，但此类事件却让我们难以充分享受入住体验。
