Pullman Dali

Pullman Dali is in general a good hotel but falls short from an excellent one. The hotel, despite its downsides, is the best in Dali.||The guest room has plenty of space with a scenic view of Erhai. The television has a plethora of channels, and a wide range of pillow and blanket selection is also available. The bathroom has two sinks, a bathtub, and a smart toilet. Bath salts are also provided.||Staff were in general welcoming apart from the chef who makes eggs for breakfast in the Thai restaurant. There are robots that deliver your orders to your room so there is no need to get them from the lobby.||The hotel doesn’t provide car-calling service and returns laundry very slowly. However, every night they will give a complimentary eye mask, face mask etc.||For views and location, this hotel is an excellent choice. But if you’re looking for hospitality, this hotel lacks in that area. Price is reasonable and the hotel is ideally the best in Dali.

酒店是大理为数不多的五星级高端大酒店，地理位置十分优越，对面是洱海，周围有十分现代化的城景，交通便利，通达度高。建筑风格别具一格，酒店工作人员服务热情周到，礼宾 Bradley 服务很好 主动帮忙拿行李，引导办理入住，陪同把行李送房间。酒店房间宽阔，装修高端，房间陈设大气。

酒店随手一拍就是美景，很漂亮，景色很好，有公共露台，房间很干净，配套设施很齐全，洗漱用品很高档。而这个酒店位置很好，礼宾Mikey服务态度很友好，总体很棒，此次大理之行最满意的酒店。

Great location in downtown Dali, though a distance from the old town and Xizhou, Shuanglang and ChongShengSi. Hotel was new and facilities generally well maintained. Great sights from the pool and gym though we didn’t get a chance to use it. Impeccable service from the front desk and concierge - they were helpful in introducing the area, helping with luggage and delivery, as well as providing great transport advice and food recommendations. Special mention to Edison for the great advice.

地理位置优越，位于大理市中心，但距老城区、喜洲、双廊、崇圣寺有一段距离。酒店很新，设施总体维护得很好。游泳池和健身房的景色很美，尽管我们没有机会使用它。前台和礼宾部的服务无可挑剔——他们乐于帮助介绍该地区，帮助搬运行李和送货，并提供很好的交通建议和食物建议。特别值得一提的是爱迪生的伟大建议。

本次大理之行最好的体验就是酒店。铂尔曼酒店正对洱海，环境地理位置绝佳，从管家到前台到门口工作人员服务都很好，Linda让人感受到了宾至如归。

酒店非常喜欢，配套齐全，卫生干净整洁舒适，出门就是海景，Linda服务超级赞一级棒，所以又续了一个晚上，以后来玩必须再住，早餐也超级推荐的说。

第一次住这家酒店很不错，Linda小姐姐提前电话联系了我，知道我带了宝宝，还为我安排了婴儿床，房间里每天还多放了几瓶水，知道大理紫外线强每天都给送了面膜，很满意的一次入住！

Stayed in the deluxe room with lake view on the 18th floor. The seating area by the window offers an awesome view of Er-hai. Love the set up of the room. Simple luxury. Taking a soak in the tub before tucking into the comfortable bed is a great way to unwind during our hectic trip. ||But what impressed me the most are the helpfulness and efficiency of the staffs. Special shout out to Beata from the reception. The bellhop/concierge team is great too. Helping us with the booking of taxi. (Not one but a few as there are 14 of us.) ||Highly recommended. And I would most definitely stay in Dali Pullman again.

入住的是18楼的豪华湖景房。靠窗的休息区可以欣赏到洱海的壮丽景色。喜欢房间的布置。简单奢华。在躺在舒适的床上之前先在浴缸里泡个澡，这是在我们忙碌的旅行中放松身心的好方法。 ||但最让我印象深刻的是工作人员的乐于助人和高效。特别要感谢接待处的 Beata。服务员/礼宾团队也很棒。帮助我们预订出租车。 （不是一个，而是几个，因为我们有 14 个人。）||强烈推荐。我肯定会再次入住大理铂尔曼酒店。
