1.位置：酒店的位置不在古城内，而是在靠近古城博爱门的位置，里古城的中心还有一定距离。|2.环境：白族的建筑其实还蛮有吸引力的，绿化也不错，但是房间内部就实在有点不敢恭维了。|3.客房内：床很硬，蚊子多但驱蚊器貌似没用，给人感觉很生硬。|4.早餐别提了，太简单了，唯一值得安慰的是早餐时窗外的风景不错。|5.服务：还是值得赞赏的，基本有求必应。|6.有一天下午回来没有热水洗澡，被告知要等一下，这个有点晕。

这个酒店采用的是具有白族特色的四合五天井，所以整体布局给人眼前一亮的感觉，住宿条件也不错，住了一晚，休息得很好，下次还会再选择这里。

The hotel overall is ok. The room is big. But, no lift. So not convenient for old people especially with the luggage. If you need people to help you to take the luggage, you have to pay. The overall environment is too dark. We book 4 rooms. And the rooms given is one west, one east, and diff floor. Two rooms given is at the back end of the hotel. The walk way to the rooms is super dark. We booked rooms with king bed. The hotel cant arrange for it, and was told that with the compliment from the hotel, they "upgrade" us to the 2 bedroom suite. So we move 2 guest from one room (room which is located at the back end and dark) to share the 2 bedroom suite. But the hotel ask us to pay if we wan to stay in the second room. This is so call "upgrade". At the end, we need to give them back one standard king side bed room, free from us. N the internet in our room cannot connect because signal too bad.

酒店总体还行。房间很大，但是没有电梯，对老人不太方便，尤其是带行李的老人。如果需要人帮忙拿行李，需要付费。整体环境太暗。我们订了4间房，分别位于西侧和东侧，楼层不同。另外两间位于酒店后方。通往房间的通道非常暗。我们订的是特大床房，酒店无法安排，后来被告知酒店会“升级”我们到双卧套房。于是我们把两位客人从一间位于后方且光线昏暗的房间搬到了双卧套房。但酒店要求我们如果想住第二间房就必须付费。这就是所谓的“升级”。最后，我们不得不免费退还给他们一间标准双人床房。而且，我们房间的网络信号太差，无法连接。
