This is my 1st experience being in Kunming China travelling with my frenz. My 1st impression is that this hotel worth at least 3star rating based on the outlook n the design of the room I am staying, as usual I will always 1st look into the toilet surprisingly I found some notice on the wall serve with charge. Normally for any hotel I went except Tune hotel so far they provide shampoo and body shampoo FOC but different with this hotel they charge for everything you used except for the towel, hmmm weird right but still acceptable for me as they might wan to save some cost and to avoid wasting. Then 2nd things is that the air-cond is not functioning same situation happen to my friends staying in other room, after asking then we know it was because of the temperature in kunming (at the time we reach the temperature in kunming was around 18 degree) so air-cond is not needed. I had a pleasant stay for 5night and the service provides is good, they change my towel everyday and the bed sheet as well,although they clean up every morning but i still found a lots of hairs on the carpet just wondering if they did clean the carpet. Besides there is one thing I was not happy with is that the housekeeping always 4got to close my room door. On the 3rd day after I came back from other place my door can be opened by just pushing the door without using my room card, I had complain to the front desk and on the next day they did improve it however on the last day same things happen. But will consider to stay here if I have another trip to kunming.

这是我第一次和我的狂热者一起在中国昆明旅行。我的第一印象是，根据我住的房间的外观和设计，这家酒店至少值得三星级评级，像往常一样，我总是第一眼看厕所，令人惊讶的是，我发现墙上有一些收费的通知。一般来说，除了Tune酒店之外，我去过的任何一家酒店都提供洗发水和沐浴露，但与这家酒店不同的是，他们对你使用的所有东西收费，除了毛巾，嗯，很奇怪，但对我来说仍然可以接受，因为他们可能想节省一些费用并避免浪费。第二件事是空调坏了，同样的情况也发生在我住在其他房间的朋友身上，询问后我们知道这是因为昆明的温度（当时我们到达昆明的温度大约是18度） ）所以不需要空调。我住了 5 晚，住得很愉快，服务很好，他们每天都会更换我的毛巾和床单，虽然他们每天早上都会打扫，但我仍然发现地毯上有很多毛发，只是想知道他们是否清洁过地毯。除此之外，我不满意的一件事是客房清洁人员总是要关上我的房间门。从其他地方回来后的第三天，我的门不需要使用房卡就可以直接推门打开，我向前台投诉，第二天他们确实改进了，但最后一天还是同样的情况发生。但如果我下次去昆明，我会考虑住在这里。

A nice quiet place near a park. Clean, good value and good service, but the staff speak no English. Not many restaurants in the neihbourhood, but try the rice noodles across the street.

公园附近一个安静的好地方。干净，物有所值，服务周到，但工作人员不会说英语。附近餐馆不多，但可以试试街对面的米粉。
