Xin Sheng Da Hong Sheng International Hotel

When you go to a 5-star hotel you know that it has all the necessary hardware to claim its status. What really makes the difference is the service. When you have a problem with your room or when you need help getting around, you want the staff to be there for you. That's exactly what the staff has done for me, from the receptionist to the waiters.||||The room is well equipped, clean and spacious, with WiFi access. The restaurant is great with both international and local food. The breakfast buffet is amazingly rich in taste and variety.||||The location is a bit far from the downtown area but is within walking distance to the subway station. It's also very close to a huge flower market and to the popular tourist destination, Tien Lake.

Cosy accommodation but poor service. I found the hair dryer was out of order (no heat/hot air). Our tour guide has also made verbal connection with the information desk. However they just sent a middle aged woman ( looks like providing room cleaning service) come to have a look and replying that all hair dryers in the hotel are same as what I have and without hot air ejection. Next morning I consulted with our team members (actually we have 8 relatives in the same travel) and found that they are all supplied with normal hair dryers. Conclusively the total quality management of hotel industry for what I encountered is still behind standard.

住宿舒适，但服务很差。我发现吹风机坏了（没有暖气/热风）。我们的导游也与问讯处进行了口头联系。然而他们只是派了一个中年妇女（看起来是提供房间清洁服务）来看了一下，并回复说酒店里的吹风机和我的一样，没有热风喷射。 第二天早上我咨询了我们的团队成员（实际上我们同一次旅行有8个亲戚），发现他们都配备了普通的吹风机。 就我所遇到的情况来说，结论是酒店业的全面质量管理仍然落后于标准。

As the previous reviews say, the rooms are clean, the elevators are a little slow, and the buffet restaurant on top is good. Rice noodle is served every morning. There is nothing to see around this hotel except a big flower market. Also, you must endure cigarette smell in the hallways.

Rooms are of a very good decent size and also the amenities are complete. Only down side is the lightings which is slightly dark. There is not a single mirror in the room.|Breakfast on the 28 fl comes with a view. Food range is decent with noodle and eggs station.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a chinese tour group that costs $99. It is a great, first class hotel with a great gift shop, great facilities like gym, spa, massage, and many restaurants. Elevators can be slow, especially when many tour groups of 50+ are staying at this hotel at any given day.||||The only bad part is that it is far from the city center. Taxi rides are expensive, and the rail is 15 min of walking. Also, outside of the hotel, is not the prettiest area, kind of like outskirts of big cities.

Excellent chef Mr Sunil Chaudhary fluent in both English and Mandarin) and his team in both the Chinese and Western Restaurant. Fantastic food and services from breakfast to buffet dinner. You can request for vegetarian or special meal with a very reasonable price. Front desk services - very professional.

Went on Yunnan group tour. Stayed 1 night at Xin Shen Xi Da Sheng Int’l Hotel. Quick and fast checkin checkout. Spacious and clean room. Roof top breakfast on 28th floor. Hotel located in new city which is 1 hr away from old city.

参加了云南旅游团。在新申喜大圣国际酒店住了一晚。入住退房速度快。房间宽敞干净。 28 楼的屋顶早餐。 酒店位于新城区，距老城区1小时路程。

8/23入住酒店半夜睡到汗流浹背打電話給飯店竟回應飯店關閉空調至整夜沒睡，隔天早上退房時想把體重計拿出來使用發現底部腳座是損壞的而且也有用快乾劑黏貼的痕跡表示之前就有斷過重新黏上。早餐後退房時卻遭飯店人員索取150元人民幣的費用，這太不合理
