昆明花之城豪生国际大酒店

We came here for a late check in and there were tons of other people from similar tour groups. However, they have a standard counter and only a few people were working at night. They should act too surprised since obviously they have made deals with tour companies to desperately fill their rooms. The room was clean. The TV didn't work, and no WiFi password was provided. The air conditioner works terribly (it kept running but failed to cool off the room). The breakfast was decent but not very good vs the last one we stayed at in Kunming.

我们来这里是为了延迟入住，还有很多来自类似旅行团的其他人。 然而，他们有一个标准的柜台，只有少数人在晚上工作。 他们应该表现得太惊讶了，因为显然他们已经与旅游公司达成协议，拼命地填满他们的房间。 房间很干净。 电视不能用，也没有提供 WiFi 密码。空调运转得很糟糕（它一直在运转，但无法使房间凉爽）。 早餐还不错，但与我们在昆明住的最后一顿相比不是很好。

Hotel is v big but facilities are bad! No eating place nearby n was told to walk 1 km. Lobby has insufficient sitting. Not recommended

房間很乾淨，服務特別的好。但，早餐實在不怎麼樣。雖然菜品不少，但，確實很難找到好吃的（連水果都沒有冰冰涼涼的味道）。不過下回還是會選擇這裡，因為，出來難吃的早餐，其他部份真的特別的好。服务：特別的好环境：真的很衛生（連杯子都用膜包好）

It's a comfortable hotel. The room is clean. As we check in autumn, the rom is hot as its central heating. The staff is considerate and provides an air cooler when we complain that the room is hot. There are a variety of foods to select for breakfast.

这是一家舒适的酒店。房间很干净。当我们在秋天入住时，房间里的中央供暖系统很热。当我们抱怨房间很热时，工作人员很体贴并提供了冷气机。早餐有多种食物可供选择。

服务：特別的好，特別的大方（想多要一點水，馬上被滿足）环境：很乾淨，舒服早餐：真的超難吃的，這是這家酒店特別可惜的地方。希望他們今後能改善總結：下次再來昆明我還是會選擇這裡，原因是，他們除了難吃的早餐之外，其他的真的都特別的好

10月31号过来昆明参加出入境行业峰会，感受到了前台对客人的无差别对待，不论是参加会议还是散客，服务都很热情周到，看得出酒店的管理很好。以后来昆明还会考虑入住该酒店。

This is an enormous hotel! But it was perfect for our needs. The free airport transfer was great and they even kept our big suitcases whilst we travelled around Yunnan. The buffet dinner for ¥65 was excellent and the included breakfast was ok. ||Our biggest issue was the air conditioning which does not work properly and involved several people coming to the room, but it never worked well. In the end they had to turn the heating on and set it 35 degrees for the room to get a little cooler. It makes no sense.
