前一天住的也是如家 所以昨天就還選擇了如家 剛開始check in ，前台是一個小妹妹 服務很棒 原來住的房間被子有污漬 幫我換了一間 夜晚上班的那個小姐也很貼心 知道我的窗戶打不開 立馬就跑上來幫我打開了很贊 但洗衣服務讓我非常不滿意 pajamas被完全洗皺了！！來看的那位小姐連不好意思都沒有講 說可能收取的時候弄到的 我想請問一下 難道沒有阿姨每天擦拭烘乾機嗎？？！態度一般 ！！嚴重投訴她 並且我的毛巾二次換洗時沒有幫我送上來 前台有一位男生說我的電話信號不好 他上來幫我處理問題 我在房間裡面等了半個鐘頭！最後check out 全程沒有一句抱歉 真讓人覺得非常不可思議！！！！這家酒店是本人在昆明住的唯一 寫差評的酒店

The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s close to Kunming Railway station, 25 minutes away from the airport & a 10 minute away from two subway lines. It was pretty easy to find & there are many restaurants & stores close by. Checking in was quick and easy even though the receptionist couldn’t speak English. The room was super clean & there’s a self-service laundry room where you can wash & iron your clothes.

这家酒店的位置非常完美。紧邻昆明火车站，距机场 25 分钟路程，距两条地铁线 10 分钟路程。很容易找到，附近有很多餐馆和商店。尽管接待员不会说英语，但办理入住手续还是快速而轻松。房间超级干净，有一个自助洗衣房，您可以在那里洗和熨烫衣服。

I stayed here with my friend, and we both enjoyed our stay, thanks to the very accommodating staff of the hotel! The location is very good, it is walking distance to malls with a good selection of restaurants. There is also a nearby subway station, although we preferred to take the Didi because it is cheap to go around by Didi in the area. I will definitely book here again if I go back to Kunming. ^_^

我和我的朋友住在这里，我们都很享受我们的住宿，这要感谢酒店非常热情的工作人员！位置非常好，步行即可到达购物中心，那里有很多餐厅可供选择。附近还有一个地铁站，不过我们更喜欢乘坐滴滴，因为在该地区乘坐滴滴出行很便宜。如果我回到昆明，我肯定会再次预订这里。 ^_^

Our plane was delayed due to bad weather and when we tried to check into the hotel the receptionist happened to have lost our booking. It was 3am and I had a 9am train and had to get some much needed sleep. I saw Home Inn had a room and they put in a lot of effort to make sure that we could get to our room as soon as possible. Very polite front desk staff. The rooms are in excellent condition with the shower being my favorite part of the room since all I really needed was a sleep and shower. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone who appreciates good service.

由于天气恶劣，我们的飞机延误了，当我们试图入住酒店时，接待员碰巧丢失了我们的预订。当时是凌晨 3 点，我要搭乘上午 9 点的火车，必须好好休息一下。我看到如家快捷酒店有房间，他们付出了很大的努力来确保我们能够尽快到达我们的房间。前台工作人员非常有礼貌。房间条件优越，淋浴是房间里我最喜欢的部分，因为我真正需要的只是睡觉和淋浴。我肯定会回来并向任何欣赏优质服务的人推荐。

Satisfied with their services and the location is convenient to go around! Even though they did advice it might be noisy with the school behind or from the main road but we found out is not that much affected👍🏻 Good value and worth staying.

对他们的服务很满意，而且位置出行也方便！尽管他们提出了建议，学校后面或主干道可能会很吵，但我们发现并没有受到太大影响👍🏻物有所值，值得入住。
