云南海埂宾馆

地理位置一般，离市区太远，不过去滇池、西山都很近。分为A\B两个区，A区房间过于老旧了，桌椅、电视机也是老式的，门非常涩，不好关，不提供瓶装水。卫生间的设施更为陈旧，毛巾也该换新的了。晚上睡觉有蚊子。好处是比较安静，床偏硬，但睡着很舒服。酒店的小环境非常好，面积大，类似度假区，植被丰富，可以四处逛逛。另外房间里有免费wifi。B区是别墅区，设施较新，还有蚊帐。自助餐质量不错，提供不少当地特色菜肴。

海埂宾馆占地很大，环境很好，居住分A区和B区，B区居住条件较好，房间较新，但A区很旧。离昆明滇池走路大概20分钟左右，4月份去的，到处都是五颜六色的鲜花。

这个酒店是个体育项目的训练基地，去这里开会的比较多。有很多运动员来这里住过，还有大牌球星呢。酒店虽然是在云南但是没有云南的特色，它是面对全国的，酒店饭也比较大众化，服务人员服务的也不错，酒店的卫生也不错。因为是训练基地的原因这里的位置比较偏僻。

I had to come here on business and found out that it is a government run hotel, so that freaked me out a bit. The room was booked on my behalf so I was never able to contact them and find anything out about their facilities and the reviews here in Chinese didn't help either. Not many, if anyone speaks English here but fortunately I had help from some colleagues. It's a hotel that is actually part of the Yunnan Haigeng Conference Center, which is part of a pretty extensive propertly of several acres and multiple buildings. I was only here for a day and a half, but the room was quite nice though I wouldn't call it spotless. I had a canopy bed with pillowtop mattress, down covers. Nice sized flat screen TV, but no English-language programming. Marble tiled bathroom had all the necessary toiletries and a nice sized glass stall shower (no tub). No alarm clock, but the room did have a fridge. The grounds of the area are nicely maintained and there are a couple of small ponds. Since it is kind of outside of town, and it was a conference, the food was served in a large dining hall and was buffet-style. Quite delicious, but if you're looking for western breakfast you'll have to go elsewhere, though they did have hard boiled eggs and ham. They have a restaurant as well, that I didn't get to try, though I assume the food is prepared in the same kitchen. Wifi was nonexistent in my room, though I had other colleagues tell me they could connect from theirs. They did have a hardwire connection though. I didn't have a chance to check out the fitness facilities, but I'm told a lot of athletes stay here and according to the facilities directory they have a swimming pool, and baskeball, tennis and badminton courts, as well as a room to rent for chess, cards and ping pong, all for an extra fee. It's about a 20 minute walk to Dianchi lake from here, so if you're not coming on business, there are better options closer to the sites.

我出差来这里，发现这是一家政府经营的酒店，这让我有点害怕。房间是别人代我预订的，所以我一直没能联系上他们，也没能了解他们的设施，这里的中文评论也帮不上忙。这里会说英语的人不多，但幸运的是，我得到了一些同事的帮助。这家酒店实际上是云南海埂会议中心的一部分，而会议中心是一片占地数英亩、包含多栋建筑的大型地产的一部分。我只在这里住了一天半，房间相当不错，虽然不能说一尘不染。我有一张带双层床垫和羽绒被的四柱床。平板电视尺寸合适，但没有英语节目。大理石瓷砖浴室配备了所有必要的洗浴用品和一个大小合适的玻璃淋浴间（没有浴缸）。没有闹钟，但房间里有一台冰箱。该地区的庭院维护得很好，有几个小池塘。由于地点在城外，而且是会议场地，所以餐食在一个很大的餐厅里供应，是自助餐形式。早餐相当美味，但如果你想吃西式早餐，就得去别的地方了，不过他们确实有煮鸡蛋和火腿。他们还有一家餐厅，我没去尝试，不过我猜食物是在同一个厨房做的。我的房间里没有无线网络，不过其他同事告诉我他们可以从他们的房间连接。不过他们确实有有线网络连接。我没有机会去看看酒店的健身设施，但听说很多运动员都住在这里。根据设施目录，酒店有游泳池、篮球场、网球场和羽毛球场，还有一个可以租用的棋牌室、乒乓球室，所有这些都需要额外付费。从这里步行到滇池大约需要20分钟，所以如果你不是出差，离活动场地更近的地方有更好的选择。
