Good location in the middle of town. Good value for money and clean. We asked for non-smoking and were given a nonsmoking room. Would stay there again.

Really nice location, not crowded around as other areas. Around hotel, nice places for coffee and lunch/dinner. The area is cheap in comparison with others areas. Not far from monuments and tourist places. Room big, pool cool, breakfast good. It was a nice experience and if I come back I am pretty sure I would book same hotel.

很干净，很安静，而且绿化非常好，他是一个院子的类型，里面有七八栋小楼，别墅类型的酒店。早餐也是比较有特色，都是当地的一些小吃，米粉之类的。服务也是比较及时，离开之后再回到房间的时候就是很干净的了，一般都是看不见服务员，住在这里不会被打扰到。地理位置很好，旁边就有一个夜市，从酒店北门出来就是夜市区域。

I've stayed in Crown Hotel quite a few times. A recent week-long visit confirmed that the hotel is a good value for price. It is away from the road and quiet, service is good, it's clean, there's a swimming pool and breakfast is adequate. The rooms are standard but quite spacious. They do a good job at getting the smoke out. It's centrally located with a convenient parking space.

My husband and I are Americans living in Beijing. We stayed at the Crown Hotel during the last week of March 2009 for a week. The price is reasonable and we thought the hotel and the staff were wonderful. It's a three star but it should be higher. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning and shower were great and fresh fruit was provided every day. The hotel arranged to pick us up at the airport and drop us off too. The breakfast was Chinese style but fresh eggs and toast, juice, and good coffee were all we needed. The breakfast was provided with the room. We give this place a high recommendation.

Very helpful front desk employees. They arranged for a car to take us to the train station early in the morning. Spacious room. Immaculately cleaned. However, the pool was out of service the two days we were there.

We were told by our guide that we were coming to a "four-star section" of a three-star hotel. In practice, the rooms are standard issue for a business hotel in a second- or third-tier Chinese city. The bedroom size is on the large size. Most, perhaps all rooms have been smoked in. The only WiFi is in the reception area.||On the plus side: The hot water is hot. The send-out cleaning is quick, cheap, and reliable. And the breakfasts are great -- including decent coffee, omelets to taste, the makings of various types of noodle soup with fried eggs, and all sorts of buns and garnishes.

导游告诉我们，我们要来到一家三星级酒店的“四星级区域”。实际上，房间是中国二三线城市商务酒店的标准配置。卧室面积为大尺寸。大多数，也许所有房间都被烟熏了。唯一的无线网络位于接待区。||有利的一面：热水很热。发送清洁快速、便宜且可靠。早餐也很棒——包括像样的咖啡、美味的煎蛋卷、各种煎蛋汤面的配料，以及各种面包和配菜。

酒店就在勐嘞大道上，在金版纳酒店的对面。|曾经版纳最好的酒店，但现在因为时间太久了，房间显得很旧，地毯也有各种原因形成的小洞。因为潮湿的关系，一楼房间里面还有一股霉味。酒店配备了游泳池，但是冷水，夏天还行，冬天就太凉不能游了，不如马路对面的金版纳。两家都是3星酒店，金版纳保养的就比价好。|一次住了7天，一次住了3天。标间180，在8号楼，房间居然还是木地板。套房房价不知道，在5号楼，因为是2层小楼，套房里居然让我发现了蟑螂。哎……极度不推荐这家酒店，虽然可以内部价拿房。
