Hotel was well maintained and very clean. Only within 5 minute walking distance to the ancient town, elsewhere by Didi/ public bus. Area surrounding the hotel had great food spots too! Service was top notch. We had a particularly early train to catch on our last day, the hotel manager arranged for our transportation from the hotel to the train station. Free of charge I might add. Driver also absolutely refused our tip. Our stay came with a free tour of the beautiful religious relics of the land (located within the hotel itself), the hotel manager did a fantastic job at explaining and story telling. We were also invited for a free hands-on experience in making colourful prayer flags the traditional way, as how it was done since ancient times but sadly a dying practice! Overall, most interesting stay we’ve had that was genuinely lovely. Our hotel stay made our trip to Shangri-la unforgettable!酒店维护得很好，非常干净。距离古镇很近，步行5分钟即可到达，其他地方也可以乘坐滴滴或公交车到达。服务一流。最后一天我们要赶早班火车，酒店经理安排了从酒店到火车站的接送。而且还是免费的。司机还拒绝了我们的小费。入住期间，我们免费参观了当地美丽的宗教遗迹（位于酒店内），酒店经理的讲解和故事都非常精彩。我们还被邀请免费体验了用传统方式制作彩色经幡！这是我们经历过的最有趣、最美好的住宿体验。这次酒店之旅让我们的香格里拉之旅难以忘怀！

酒店很有少數民族特色，擺放著各種充滿文化色彩的裝飾很近古城，步行過去即可，亦接近龜山公園。適合喜歡四處走動的住客

酒店非常充滿特色房間空間尚可，但不知道為甚麼浴室門關不上沒有乾濕分離，洗澡後整地是水，使用廁所時感覺不太習慣

設施十分不錯，前台十分友善。還有不錯的早餐，離古城有十分鐘步程。

个人感觉是香格里拉最高端的酒店，价格也还可以，500左右的价格，完全是藏式风格，金碧辉煌，感觉自己成了松赞干布，哈哈哈。条件出众，性价比还可以，设施一应具全，干净卫生，服务也很友好，空间比较大。位置也很方便，古城之外的长征大道上，周遭算是县城中心了。

入住感觉很兴奋，因为一切都是藏族风格，很好的结合了香格里拉藏区的特色。房间很干净，也很生态环保。虽然价格在当地不算便宜，但是一定值得到这价格。

This is an additional day booking on top of the original booking. We arrived late at night but the hotel staffs were ready to assist us from the railway station up to our check in. Despite language barrier, the staffs have been extremely helpful to assist us to get comfortable to our rooms. The rooms are comfortable with the toilettries smells really wonderful. Our room was facing Shika Snow Mountain and was greeted with incredible view every morning of the snow mountains. The architecture of the hotel was really interesting and looks extremely good in the photos. The breakfast spread was not that much but we could eat some of it as it doesn't contain poultry since we are muslim with dietary restriction. The location is very convenient to the town centre and ancient town. There is also convenient store and muslim restaurant nearby. Great stay and very warm hospitality and services by the hotel.

这是在原预订基础上额外预订的一天。我们到达时已深夜，但酒店工作人员从火车站到我们办理入住都竭诚为我们提供帮助。尽管存在语言障碍，工作人员仍然非常乐于助人，帮助我们舒适地入住客房。房间舒适，洗漱用品的香味也非常好闻。我们的房间正对着石卡雪山，每天早晨都能欣赏到雪山的壮丽景色。酒店的建筑风格非常有趣，在照片中看起来非常漂亮。早餐种类不多，但我们可以吃一些，因为我们是穆斯林，有饮食限制，所以不含禽肉。酒店位置便利，靠近市中心和古镇。附近还有便利店和清真餐厅。住宿体验很棒，酒店的接待和服务非常热情周到。

We had great experience staying in this hotel. From before arriving, the communication with the hotel staffs were smooth through wechat eventhough we don't speak chinese. We also appreciate that the hotel staffs allowed us to stay at the same room throughout our stay. It was because we have to add on additional night before our actual booking as the train tickets to Shangri-La was already sold out. The room was comfortable and the view from the room was magnificent overlooking the Shika Snow Mountain. Breakfast was okay as we could not consume much as a muslim due to our own dietary restriction. But the staffs were all very helpful and always smiling. The location to Dukezong Ancient Town was within walking distance therefore it is convenient for us to walk around. There are also muslim restaurant nearby the hotel. Overall had a very good stay here.

我们在这家酒店度过了一段美好的时光。从抵达前开始，即使我们不会说中文，也能通过微信与酒店工作人员顺畅沟通。我们也很感激酒店工作人员允许我们在整个住宿期间都住在同一间客房。这是因为前往香格里拉的火车票已经售罄，我们不得不在实际预订前额外加订一晚。房间舒适，从房间可以俯瞰壮丽的石卡雪山。早餐还可以，因为我们是穆斯林，有饮食限制，不能吃太多。不过所有工作人员都非常乐于助人，总是面带微笑。酒店距离独克宗古城仅有几步之遥，因此我们出行非常方便。酒店附近还有清真餐厅。总的来说，在这里住得很愉快。
