Huawowo Inn (Yuanyang No. 2 Courtyard)

Can really recommend this place. It’s a bit further away from the road but staff will help you with luggages. The sunrise and the cloud-covered rice terraces in the morning are simply spectacular. Super comfy beds and delicious food, directly from the field to table. There’s only breakfast and dinner available as the guests are often away sightseeing during the day. The toilet seat may get a bit wet after shower as it is right next to it, but I honestly didn’t mind since the place was otherwise so cozy and had a local vibe to it. The manager and staff was also super helpful and kind as we were a bit clueless with transportation around the area. This is not an ad or anything but a genuine recommendation to not hesitate to book (+there are 3 lovely cats hanging around) :)

It was a pleasant stay in Hua wowo hotel. Air quality was super good there. It was the best place for watching the sunrising in the yard or in the room of the hotel, very nice view. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a quiet place for holidays. Hotel restaurant offered local planted vegetables and local raised fishes from the terraces. The owner and other staffs of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We will choose the same hotel if we visit again.

在花窝窝酒店住得很愉快。那里的空气质量超级好。院子里或者酒店房间里是看日出的最佳地点，景色非常好。房间很干净，床很舒服。这是一个安静的度假胜地。酒店餐厅供应当地种植的蔬菜和来自露台的当地养殖的鱼类。 酒店的老板和其他工作人员都非常友好和乐于助人。如果我们再次访问，我们会选择同一家酒店。

Great location, great homestay and great hospitality from the host! Watching Sunrise directly at the Duoyishu rice terrace from the hotel! Cozy bed and outdoor terrace is a plus to enjoy the serenity and clouds moving in or out from the rice terraces.

优越的地理位置、很棒的寄宿家庭和主人的热情款待！从酒店直接在多依树梯田看日出！舒适的床和室外露台是享受宁静和云彩进出梯田的一大优势。

This is a nice boutique hotel with an ideal location at the end of the road right by the rice field with room facing the field. You don't have to go out of the hotel to join the crowd for the sun rise. The roof-top terrace and the first floor terrace made good views; however I paid 10 RMB for a better view at the neighbour's roof-top which is higher and better. The room is nice and clean with great shower and view to the rice field. The breakfast was so so with not much choice. The owner was nice to chat with, but one of the stuff was not very friendly. The hotel offered service to carry our luggage up and down the hotel which was really nice. It was 5 min's walk downhill to the hotel from the main road. The restaurant recommended by the owner really sucked, Do NOT go to it which belongs to the hotel. ||||Comparing with Yuanshe - A Zhe Ke, I would recommend Yuanshe, but this one is not a bad choice.

这是一家不错的精品酒店，地理位置优越，位于路的尽头，就在稻田旁边，房间面向稻田。您无需走出酒店即可加入人群观看日出。屋顶露台和一楼露台视野很好；不过我花了10元在邻居的屋顶上看到了更好的景色，那里更高更好。房间漂亮又干净，淋浴很棒，还能看到稻田的景色。早餐很一般，没有太多选择。店主很乐意与我们聊天，但其中一位员工不太友好。酒店提供搬运行李的服务，非常好。从主干道下坡步行5分钟即可到达酒店。店主推荐的餐厅真的很糟糕，不要去那家属于酒店的餐厅。 ||||与原社-阿折克相比，我更推荐原社，但这也是一个不错的选择。

The hotel is located a little off the main road, with a terrace that points towards the rice terraces which is great to watch the sunrise.The owners are super friendly and helpful. The noodles for breakfast and the dinner choices were delicious!The hotel offers parking on the main road but make sure to get a parking space from which you can exit easily, it can get quite filled up and you can’t shunt easily.Make sure to pack light, a backpack is best since suitcases cannot be pulled along the streets and we felt really bad for all the luggage carriers we saw that were carrying heavy suitcases to the hotels for the tourists.

I booked this guesthouse Via Ctrip. It is also known as the flowers residence. The staff helped bring our luggage down from the parking lot which was nice. We liked the common room but it would have been nice if they turned the fire a bit earlier. The staff were really helpful with planning our visit to the rice terraces which we appreciated because it turned out that our driver/guide had no clue about what we should do. Their dinner recommendation was very good. Our room was basic and clean.

We stayed here 3 nights as part of Kunming/Lijiang trip in Dec 2017 in one of the large rooms with seating area in fron of the large picture window overlooking a large rice terraced area.||||This place was recommended by some of our China friends/colleagues. We later read some older reviews that mentioned some cleanliness and other issues but they must have renovated, etc., as we found the place fairly well kept and clean. This place is more like a boutique hotel and less a typical B&B.||||PROS||- Has outdoor furnished terrace just off the bar with great views of the terraces-great for relaxing with some tea while waiting for that great photo op. Great for setting up a timelapse on top of the coffee table.||- Nicely decorated with modern but comfy furnishings in reception/dining/bar area.||- Host/staff are friendly and helpful. Place is like a family- everyone plays with the 2 cats that roam freely and at the time, the baby (child) too.||- Though the place is down the hill and winds through the local's residential area (being situated just before the terraces begin), the helpers will come up with their carry all baskets and carry down your luggage. Same inside- no lift but they will carry up your luggage.||- The included basic Chinese style breakfast is good. Rice porridge with egg and other ingredients. ||- The room is spacious with seating area near the large picture window. Tea setting is provided. ||- Free Wi-Fi though in the room was not very strong/quick.||- Ensuite bathroom was spacious with good shower.||- roof top also has terrace, including an enclosed room to keep warm. Due to relatively slow season with very few people was able to get nice night sky photos.||- We arrived late and they happily made us some simple stir fry noodles and fried rice for dinner which was very good. ||- Enough hooks in bathroom and room- BUT the hook is too sharp. In the room had a "tree" with braches/hooks for hanging several things.||- Seem to remember it is a no-smoking place. Hard to find.|| ||CONS||- Place is hard to find, even when we had a driver/guide as it is down the hill. There is a reception/office on the road which was not finished yet. But in the near future this may be the main reception before going down the hill. ||- Being just at the start of the terraces, going down the hill means 6-10 min walking thru the local residential area- a couple pigsties (watch out for the droppings!), some wet / construction areas, etc.||- Being Dec the room was very cold and good thing they provided an electric blanket. Initial sitting on the toilet seat in the early morning was a shocker! We did not see any A/C so in the summer time may be hot.||- There was enough hooks throughout BUT the end of the hooks are too sharp- may make an indent or worse, a hole if not careful.||- No lift. There are 3 stories. Plus the roof terrace. But no problem for us.||- one night we parked the car in the future reception building, enough space for 4 cars, but we were parked in back and had to wait about 30+ minutes for the front car to move. ||||All in all well recommended, mainly for the great location over looking the terraces.

作为 2017 年 12 月昆明/丽江之旅的一部分，我们在这里住了 3 晚，房间很大，房间的休息区位于大落地窗前，俯瞰着大片水稻梯田。||||这个地方是我们的一些人推荐的。中国的朋友/同事。后来我们读了一些较旧的评论，其中提到了一些清洁度和其他问题，但它们一定已经翻新过等，因为我们发现这个地方维护得相当好且干净。这个地方更像是一家精品酒店，而不是典型的 B&B。||||优点||- 酒吧旁边有带家具的户外露台，可以欣赏到露台的美景 - 非常适合在等待绝佳拍照机会时喝杯茶放松身心。非常适合在咖啡桌上设置延时摄影。||- 接待/餐厅/酒吧区装饰精美，配有现代但舒适的家具。||- 主人/工作人员友好且乐于助人。这个地方就像一个家庭 - 每个人都和两只自由漫步的猫玩耍，当时还有婴儿（孩子）。||- 虽然这个地方位于山下，蜿蜒穿过当地的住宅区（位于露台开始），工作人员会拿出他们携带的所有篮子并搬运您的行李。里面一样——没有电梯，但他们会帮你搬行李。||- 包含的基本中式早餐很好。米粥加鸡蛋和其他配料。 ||- 房间宽敞，靠近大观景窗设有休息区。提供茶具。 ||- 房间里有免费无线网络，但信号不是很强/很快。||- 浴室很宽敞，淋浴很好。||- 屋顶还有露台，包括一个封闭的房间，可以保暖。由于季节相对淡季，很少有人能够拍到漂亮的夜空照片。||-我们到得很晚，他们很高兴地为我们做了一些简单的炒面条和炒饭作为晚餐，非常好吃。 ||- 浴室和房间里有足够的挂钩 - 但挂钩太锋利了。房间里有一棵“树”，上面有树枝/钩子，可以挂一些东西。||- 似乎记得这是一个禁止吸烟的地方。很难找到。|| ||缺点||- 地方很难找到，即使我们有司机/导游，因为它位于山下。路上有一个接待处/办公室，尚未完工。但在不久的将来，这可能是下山前的主要接待。 ||- 就在梯田的起点，下山意味着步行 6-10 分钟穿过当地的住宅区 - 几个猪圈（注意粪便！）、一些潮湿/建筑区域等。|| - 十二月，房间很冷，幸好他们提供了电热毯。清晨第一次坐在马桶座圈上真是震惊！我们没有看到任何空调，所以夏天可能会很热。||- 整个房间都有足够的挂钩，但挂钩的末端太锋利了 - 如果不小心，可能会造成凹痕或更糟，可能会形成一个洞。|| - 没有电梯。有3个故事。再加上屋顶露台。但对我们来说没问题。||- 一天晚上，我们把车停在未来的接待大楼，足够停放 4 辆车，但我们停在后面，不得不等待大约 30 多分钟，前面的车才能移动。 ||||总而言之，强烈推荐，主要是因为地理位置优越，可以俯瞰露台。
