宾悦酒店

We travelled with kids in June 2016. The hotel is comfortable and the breeakfast spread was good for Hailar. I couldn't figure out how to use the aircon remote (all in Chinese) and actually set it to Hot air by mistake and the room became very hot. However the management was quite helpful, they sent a person to change the setting, and also opened the windows out and by midnight the room was cool again.

This was a brand new hotel with grand and modern decorated rooms and public areas.||||1. Located at a nice and quite district of about 5-minutes drive distance from city centre of Hailar.||||2. The room we had was spacious, well decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable.||||3. The buffet breakfasts were great with a wide variety of both Chinese and western foods.||||4. The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Not all staff speak English, but, there were always someone around who could communicate in English.||||We were really surprised to find this good hotel which charged only moderately in a Chinese city like Hailar. It was absolutely of good value for money.

I booked this hotel based on the previous glowing review, and if anything think he somewhat undersold it. The hotel is just gorgeous: the lobby is big and starkly empty, but the rooms are beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. I stayed in a standard room, but had a chance to view some of the suites and the private dining rooms. The higher end accommodations were quite nice, although to my mind the regular rooms are more than sufficient.||||The breakfast was good and the gym and pool (who would think to bring a swimsuit to Hailaer?) were of a very high standard. I was told that the fitness facilities are going to be expanded, in order to cater to membership-buying locals.||||I stayed for two weeks in the tourist off season, and certainly had the benefit of some extra attention. Hailaer relies heavily on summer tourism, and in the depths of winter the hotel was only about 25% full. Even then, it was clear that this is the “nice” hotel in town — while I was there, a few corporate retreats (BMW and Bosch) came and went. I suspect that it gets packed out in the tourist season. ||||This hotel is very well run. The staff were particularly attentive and professional, and there was always someone at hand who could speak English. I occasionally remained in the room during the day, and saw the attention that went into housekeeping — including a daily visit by the floor manager to each room. When I mentioned to the general manager that my flight out was at 9 pm, he immediately offered to let me keep my room until the evening. I didn’t even need to ask. Again, I had stayed for two weeks in the off season, so this is not probably not typical, but was very much appreciated, and to my mind representative of how the hotel takes the extra step to show guests that their business is appreciated. I am bringing a small group to Hailaer in the summer, and we will most certainly stay here.||||The only possible problem with this hotel is that it is bit out of the center of town--not much, maybe a ten minute taxi drive from Genghis square. That ride will set you back all of 8 yuan, but the distance is not insignificant when the temperature outside is 30 degrees below zero, and you wish to wander out at night for a bite to eat. There is in fact a good collection of restaurants and shopping on the street adjacent to the hotel, but it can be easy to miss if you start off in the wrong direction. The location is convenient to the long distance bus station (still a taxi ride, but a short one.)||||Like most hotels in Hailaer, this one has trouble with foreign credit cards. Have cash just in case.

我经常来海拉尔出差，这家酒店可以算是我在海拉住过的最好的酒店了，房间设备施舍完善，服务尚可，但如果和一二线城市的5星级酒店相比还是有一定差距的。首先没有24小时的送餐服务，对于我这个吃货来说就很无奈。不过还是我在海拉尔出差的首选，希望越来越好吧~

2015年开业，客房维护还算可以，但房间隔音奇差无比，走廊和隔壁房间的各种吵杂声清晰在耳，客房电视播放的酒店宣传片模糊一片，真不知管理层是否有例检？这么自损形象的事情为何可以在眼皮底下大行其道，真是不可思议！更让人吃惊的，入住期间深更半夜一点半被陌生人袭门，服务员竟然严重违反操作流程，不主动核实陌生人身份，还协助陌生人死命按门铃，吵醒睡梦中的客人。事后投诉至前台，自称经理的胡姓女士全程没有丝毫歉意，一股脑儿把责任全部推到醉酒客人身上。这个我倒是要问下，贵酒店号称殷切的待客之道就是这么体现的吗？

viaggio di lavoro per un evento Clienti da Cina, Taiwan e HKong. Considerando il posto e la realtà nella quale l'hotel è immerso, mai mi sarei aspettato questo livello: Camere impeccabili, nuove lineari e pulite, bagno doccia e vasca, soffioni di ultimo grido, TV (che diventa specchio quando spenta) anche sulla vasca da bagno e parete in vetro sulla stanza da letto, angolo ufficio ben attrezzato e organizzato, sofà, sempre in ordine, controllate più volte al giorno. Buffet colazione vario e di qualità, centro congressi ben attrezzato e personale professionale ed efficiente. aeroporto a meno di 10 min di taxi. Ottimo posto vicino al confine con Mongolia e Russia. consigliato.
