乾淨衛生，前台服務好。但第一間房間有煙味，還好幫忙更換。可惜洗衣房沒有員工協助洗烘服務。烘衣機似乎沒有用。

Extremely average service. Only one staff on the housekeeping team was very nice. The rest were not as professional as other Atour staff I’ve encountered in other branches. Atour ‘light’ hotel with ‘light’ service, I guess? Manage your expectations :)

服务极其一般。客房部只有一位员工人很好。其余员工都不如我在其他亚朵分店遇到的那么专业。我猜，亚朵是一家“简陋”的酒店，服务也“简陋”吧？管好你的期望吧 :)

A big thank you to Front Office Manager and team! Friendly, helpful and welcoming at all times. Their hospitality and service had gave us a memorable stay. Nice big and clean room and well maintained hotel. Will definitely recommend to anyone going to Hohhot.
