The hotel is actually big and centrally located. The major challenge is the language as none of the staff speaks English. Good that there were volunteer translators for the conference.||||The bar in the lobby, closes too early and they do not have much. Beers are warm as in any other places in the city.||||The room is big enough but not clean enough. Check the cups in the room as they never wash them!||||The breakfast is good enough. If you are looking for continental meals, you'll be disappointed. I liked the fresh vegetables and fruits though. Coffee is also not good.||||But it seems this hotel is a better (if not the best) choice than the rest.

酒店在康巴什新区，距离市府广场图书馆博物馆大剧院都不远，房间设施配置是五星标准，早餐也可以，有奶茶什么的。总之中规中矩性价比高。不过此行最深的印象是鄂尔多斯真的很漂亮，马路上人少车少，天空湛蓝，基础设施和绿化特别好，像在美国的感觉。没来过之前只知道是个过度建设的鬼城，真正来过了才知道，来休闲玩乐也是不错的

Good television channel selection. Washroom drains work and rooms clean. Relative to other hotels, ex-Hyatt, it's acceptable. Lift full of construction dust. Swimming pool closed. Room aircon stuck at 28C. Food palatable, most of the time.

Hotel is huge, but not well managed. Except for the reception, personnel very inefficient, AC did not work! Rooms in need of renovation, especially the carpet. Beds were comfortable and the location excellent. Pool was closed.

There is a reason this hotel did not post pictures: it's huge, dark and dirty. Service is decidedly provincial. It is possible to get a room if you are able to speak basic mandarin but service is next to non-existent and cleanliness debatable.

客房空間碩大，有電腦桌可供商務使用，乾溼分離浴廁設備齊全，鄰近賣場、假日商場，逛街健行均很便利，樓下就有小賣店可購買宵夜零食。
