这家酒店不太推荐，主要是因为服务态度很差劲。虽然位置很好，交通方便，价格也还可以，但是服务真的是硬伤，登记入住的时候横眉冷对我们，感觉好像欠了他钱，入住后卫生搞得也很差，床单好多毛发都没清理干净，洗手间也有点味道，让他们再次清理还嫉妒不情愿。

我们一行人去北京旅游，他们给我们的床单上有血迹，由于我们根本就没有留意这些，结果惹来大祸，第二天退房时非说是我们弄脏的，要扣我们的钱！太坑人了！让人愤概！他们绝对是故意的！！！

Location is within 2nd ring, which makes traveling to places more convenient! There is a 24hr convenience store nearby, fruit store and pharmacy, perfect even for late night snacks or emergency needs. There’s also a park nearby (青年湖公园), perfect for morning jogs. Requested for a non-smoking room but strong smoke were all around the hallway and even inside the room. Not the cleanest but it does the job. NO DRINKING WATER BOTTLES AVAILABLE!! Not even a water refilling station. You have to buy the water for yourself.

位置在二环内，出行非常方便！附近有24小时便利店、水果店和药店，非常适合购买夜宵或应急。附近还有一个青年湖公园，非常适合晨跑。我要求订一间无烟房，但走廊里甚至房间里都弥漫着浓重的烟味。房间虽然不是最干净的，但也够用了。没有瓶装饮用水！！甚至没有加水站。水需要自己买。

I booked this place as we are travelling on a budget and all we want is somewhere clean to sleep. So after reading the reviews (which I now believe to be fake! Or the people who write them are blind) I chose this one as most people said about how clean it was. I will say the linens were clean but it ends there. The first room we were goven stank of cigarettes and was dorty, very clear signs of previous guest in the room. So they moved us to a slightly smaller room which didnt smell of cigarettes. However, it was filthy. They all are. They either need a new housekeeping team or they need training and their cleaning needs to be monitored. I went to reception to ask for the room to be cleaned as there was coffee all over the side, telephone etc was all grimy and thick with dust. This is dirt and grime that takes a very long time to build. Housekeeping came, she wetted a bit pf toilet paper and proceeded to wipe the coffee drips and left. My wife and I had travelled 23 hours to get here and we didnt have it in us to hunt for an alternative place to stay, so we went out looking for cleaning products and cleaned the room ourselves. After an hour of elbow grease we cleaned what we needed to be cleaned to make the room semi stayable. The bedside table was so dirty it was vile. Every surface had thick dust and grime and hairs! ***** included. Housekeeping must be blind to the dirt or just dont give a damn. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they sort this issue out and deep clean every single room. The rooms are tiny, its not much to actually clean if it was gotten on top of. I have worked in housekeeping for many years and never ever in my life have i ever experienced anything like this in any place I have stayed!

我预订了这个地方，因为我们的旅行预算有限，我们想要的是一个干净的睡觉的地方。所以在阅读了评论（我现在相信这些都是假的！或者是写评论的人是瞎子）之后，我选择了这家，因为大多数人都说它很干净。我想说床单很干净，但也仅此而已。我们住的第一个房间有股烟味，很破旧，房间里有很明显的前一位客人的痕迹。所以他们给我们换到了一个稍微小一点的房间，没有烟味。但是，房间很脏。他们都很脏。他们要么需要一个新的客房服务团队，要么需要培训，而且他们的清洁工作需要受到监督。我去接待处要求打扫房间，因为房间周围到处都是咖啡，电话等都很脏，积满了厚厚的灰尘。这种污垢和尘垢需要很长时间才能积累起来。客房服务人员来了，她弄湿了一点卫生纸，擦掉了咖啡滴，然后离开了。我和妻子花了 23 个小时才到这里，我们没时间再找其他地方住了，所以我们自己出去找清洁产品打扫了房间。经过一个小时的努力，我们把需要清洁的东西都打扫干净了，房间现在还可以住。床头柜脏得令人作呕。每个表面都有厚厚的灰尘、污垢和头发！***** 包括。客房服务人员要么对污垢视而不见，要么就是根本不在乎。除非他们能解决这个问题，并彻底打扫每个房间，否则我不会推荐任何人来这里。房间很小，如果堆满了东西，其实也没什么可打扫的。我从事客房服务工作多年，我这辈子住过的任何地方都没有遇到过这样的事情！

Good amenities, but staff tried to downgrade us to a smaller room saying they needed to fix the Aircon.

Really amazing location.Staff in the hotel doesn't speak any english but otherwise very nice.Room was a bit small but has everything you need.
