Very far (40km) from beijing city centre. At least an hour didi ride. 2 hours during peak period, including traffic jam. Rooms very badly maintained. Falling walls, mouldy toilets, stained bath tub and uncleaned floor. Too eerie for my liking. Bf food was the same everyday for my 9 days tour. Will never be back. Worst hotel ever for all my trips travelled.

距北京市中心很远（40公里）。至少一个小时的滴滴车程。高峰期2小时，含堵车。房间维护得很差。倒塌的墙壁、发霉的厕所、污迹斑斑的浴缸和不干净的地板。太怪异了我不喜欢。在我的 9 天旅行中，每天的食物都是一样的。永远不会回来。我所有旅行中住过的最差的酒店。

Rooms are badly maintained as one of the reviews said, such as air conditioning/heater not working properly, windows being worned down and covered up with tape, switches not working properly, etc. Not only that, the location is super far away from most other attractions in Beijing which means the time to get to said attactions are pretty long ranging from 1-2 hours. Despite this, the service was pretty decent nothing spectacular and the hotel rooms as well as lobby are visually stunning in a way.

Rooms a little old and dusty but big. Carpet floor a little tough to push your luggage. Most shops in the hotel were closed during winter, with short hours. Hotel is too far from city centre! Very little amenities nearby. Not an ideal location.

Beautiful resort in pictures--it definitely is as good as it looks. But there is no way you could smell the hotel through trip advisor. The moment you enter the main doors you are overwhelmed by the distinct smell of urine. I have no idea where the smell is coming from. The place is always polished and clean. But there is no escaping the smell. You retreat to your room, come out and boom. Hits you like a wall. ||Room was very luxurious. There is an automatic toilet seat that immediately lifts the lid when you enter the bathroom. The shower is spa like. My room was decorated in a masculine 'Scottish Highlander' theme. Everything you would want and expect from a high end hotel. ||Staff lacked conversational English as is the case in this remote part of Beijing. ||It wasnt a terrible stay but i prefer the nearby Nanong Spring Garden Hotel.

On a 7night tour. Went with family and friend's family.||||Location : about 40km from centre of beijing. Nice if you manage to avoid peak hours. Getting to tiananmen square took almost 3hrs (mainly due to traffic) but every other time, we got to destinations within an hour and a half.|| no shops around within walking distance(a sign says there is a shop in the hotel but due to the remoteness of the area it no longer existed). ||Great potential once the surrounding development area is more established.||Good mountain air :D||||Food: Generally the restaurants close early as most people seem to be tour/bussiness who have organised dinners in the city. Room service(pretty much the same food if you went to the restaurants during open hours) was available so that didnt matter that much. On our first night, we found that only the italian restaurant was still open.(9pm-ish). Not an expert on italian food but it was nice.||Didnt have time to try the chinese restaurant..||Breakfast buffet ws very nice .good variety of western and asian food. Eggs(boiled,fried),bacon,sausage,fried >rice, fried noodles, assorted vegetables, freshly made noodle soup, miso soups, range of congees, some fried food e.g. spring rolls&hash browns, waffles,pancakes, muffins,bread(diy toast machine), yoghurt, fruits,diy salad. < Generally the same food every day but had some changes here and there. ||||Room: door was a bit dodgy. Had to give it an extra tug to make sure it was locked, though i doubt i would get robbed since there werent many people. Went with 3 other family members, 2 in each room. There was a transparent glass wall between the toilet and shower. Unless you're comfortable seeing your roommate naked or on the toilet, both would rarely be used simultaneously. Two doors to bathroom. One was a set of sliding doors 30cm-ish to one of the beds and had slightly transparent windows in it,so if the lights were on, you would probably see too much of the other person for the sake of their privacy.||Daily room servicing was done well. Toiletries, tea/coffee packets refilled if used. (Toiletries boxes packed together to form a picture of the hotel :P)||Water was hard. Boiling it and leaving it for a while showed a layer of something on top of the water. Didnt kill me but you could boil the water from the complimentary water bottles if needed.||Didnt use bathtub but had a weird stain on the bottom (looked like rust?) that i couldnt scrub off. the spa is available if you need to soak.||Wifi worked fine. Ethernet cable was able.||Tv mostly chinese. About 4 english channels(two news, one sport and HBO(yay)). ||2 sets of bathrobes to use.||2 card keys.||||Facilities: (that i knew off/tried)||Free : gym, spa, sauna, swimming indoor pool(swimming cap mandatory think it was 25RMB, had artificial blue sky with clouds ^^ )||||Paid: movie room (100rmb per person), billiards room ||||Service: staff were friendly. Some english though i didnt really need anything extra/specifically. Staff helped bring luggage up (started writing this review after i noticed the staff at the next hotel(in shanghai) i went to didnt bother)||||Etc: a bit hard to navigate to some facilities,long corridors below ground floor but sufficient arrows/directions displayed. carpet on guest room levels builds up static, stay sharp or get shocked when you touch metal haha. Got paranoid after reading an earlier review about staff rummaging through personal items, so locked my luggage for 2 days when out but over the 7 nights, no one in my tour group noticed anything regarding it. Went during december so christmas-sy songs were on a loop in public areas haha.||At night, hotel with it's lights on looks like a fancy castle :)||||Overall, i dont really have super high expectations. Wouldnt mind staying there again, though it may seem intimidating if you arrive back at the hotel one night and people staying for a conference have fancy cars parked everywhere outside the hotel (couldnt be bothered for the two floors of underground free parking? :o)tbh thought they were mafia, too many movies for me!

在 7 晚的旅行中。与家人和朋友的家人一起去的。||||位置：距北京市中心约40公里。如果你能避开高峰时间就好了。到达天安门广场花了近3个小时（主要是因为交通），但每隔一段时间，我们都会在一个半小时内到达目的地。步行范围内没有商店（一个标志说酒店内有一家商店，但由于该地区地处偏远，它已不存在）。 ||一旦周边开发区更加完善，潜力巨大。||良好的山间空气:D||||食物：一般来说，餐馆很早就关门了，因为大多数人似乎都是在城市里组织晚餐的旅游/商务人士。提供客房服务（如果您在开放时间去餐厅，食物几乎相同），所以这并不重要。第一天晚上，我们发现只有意大利餐厅还在营业。（晚上 9 点左右）。不是意大利菜专家，但是很好吃。||没有时间去中国餐厅。||自助早餐非常好。有各种各样的西式和亚洲食物。鸡蛋（煮、煎）、培根、香肠、炒>米饭、炒面、什锦蔬菜、现做的汤面、味增汤、各种粥、一些油炸食品，例如油炸食品。春卷薯饼、华夫饼、煎饼、松饼、面包（DIY吐司机）、酸奶、水果、DIY沙拉。 < 一般来说，每天的食物都是一样的，但有时会有一些变化。 ||||房间：门有点危险。不得不额外拉一下以确保它被锁住，尽管我怀疑我会被抢劫，因为人不多。和另外 3 个家庭成员一起去，每个房间 2 个。厕所和淋浴之间有一堵透明的玻璃墙。除非你愿意看到室友裸体或上厕所，否则很少会同时使用两者。通往浴室的两扇门。其中一个是距离其中一张床30厘米左右的一组推拉门，里面有稍微透明的窗户，所以如果开着灯，为了保护他们的隐私，你可能会看到太多的人。||日常客房服务做得很好。洗漱用品、茶/咖啡包（如果使用）会重新装满。 （洗漱用品盒挤在一起形成酒店的照片:P）||水很硬。把它煮沸并放置一段时间，就会发现水面上有一层东西。没有杀了我，但如果需要的话，你可以用免费水瓶煮水。||没有使用浴缸，但底部有一个奇怪的污渍（看起来像铁锈？），我无法擦掉。如果您需要泡澡，可以使用水疗中心。||无线网络信号很好。以太网线可以。||电视大多是中文的。大约 4 个英语频道（两个新闻、一个体育和 HBO（耶））。 ||使用2套浴袍。||2张卡钥匙。||||设施：（我知道/试过）||免费：健身房、水疗、桑拿、室内游泳池（必须戴泳帽，以为是25元） ，有人造的蓝天白云^^）||||付费：电影室（100元/人）、台球室||||服务：工作人员很友好。一些英语，虽然我真的不需要任何额外/特别的东西。工作人员帮助搬运行李（在我注意到我去的下一家酒店（上海）的工作人员并没有打扰后开始写这篇评论）||||等等：导航到某些设施有点困难，一楼以下有长长的走廊，但是显示足够的箭头/方向。客房楼层的地毯会产生静电，请保持锋利，否则当您触摸金属时会感到震惊哈哈。在阅读了之前关于工作人员翻阅个人物品的评论后，我感到偏执，所以外出时将我的行李锁了两天，但在 7 个晚上，我的旅行团中没有人注意到任何与此有关的事情。 12月去的，所以公共区域都在循环播放圣诞歌曲，哈哈。||晚上，酒店灯火通明，看起来就像一座华丽的城堡:)||||总的来说，我并没有抱太大的期望。不介意再住在那里，不过如果你一晚回到酒店，而住在这里参加会议的人在酒店外到处停着豪华汽车（不介意有两层地下免费停车场吗？:o）说实话，我还以为他们是黑手党，电影对我来说太多了！

This hotel looks very nice from outside. Style is elegant but the service is not up to standard. English needs improvement. Cleaners need to learn NOT to through out customers personal items. This hotel doesn't have too any family suites or rooms for family of 4 or 5. Location is TOO FAR away from the city, takes 1.5 hrs by taxi to city & not close to any other transportation at all. So if you decide to stay there, be warn..you need a lot of cash cause theirs no ATM close by, hotels currency rate is not the best & fees are very high.

这家酒店从外面看起来非常漂亮。 风格优雅，但服务达不到标准。 英语需要提高。清洁工需要学会不要清理顾客的个人物品。这家酒店没有太多适合 4 或 5 口之家的家庭套房或客房。位置离市区太远，乘出租车到市区需要 1.5 小时，而且根本不靠近任何其他交通工具。 因此，如果您决定住在那里，请注意……您需要大量现金，因为附近没有自动取款机，酒店汇率不是最好的，而且费用非常高。

酒店应该是还没评星级，问了前台，是按照五星标准建造的，问了她们是不是属于美高梅集团，说属于东方集团，但是酒店室内的宣传册上又写着由美高梅集团管理，显然缺少这方面的培训。优点：每间房都是豪华房，独立阳台，装修大方，洗漱用品齐全，有温泉和淘气堡，适合亲子入住，早餐丰盛，但又面临人多，有时候供不应求；不足：被子太厚，浴缸水有点浑浊，不知道是不是温泉水，晚餐自助价位偏高但又供给不及时，拿三文鱼来说，基本要等很久，有的还冻成冰块就摆上来了，羊排有点儿老。贴心建议，每个客房最好提供一个多功能充电线，多提供一些水，其他都比较满意了。
