服務人員細心有耐性👍，每個都笑容滿面讓你感覺舒服。硬件方面麻雀雖小五藏俱全，洗衣機乾衣機（細心提供洗衣液消毒液柔順劑）健身器材有，會議室有，餐廳和休息區有。還在電梯旁還提供瓶裝水讓住客隨便取，前台會提供暖暖的瓶裝水好細心。雖然地理位置一般出行要靠網約車或打車，但是酒店的服務人員態度和酒店管理優越，下次到北京都會再考慮入住👍

This hotel was really clean and so comfortable. Bit far from the downtown but close to the metro station, and hotel stuffs and service were soo good. Everything about this hotel is so neat and cute, and convenient
