My stay was such a wonderful experience! My flight arrived around 11pm, but the hotel sent the pick up car very quickly, and there were even snacks available for late night! The young man at the reception desk was very friendly, professional and helpful! He was very patient in helping me booking high speed train and taxi! The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great too! Will definitely book again. Strongly recommended!

我的住宿真是一次美妙的经历！ 我的航班是晚上11点左右到达的，但是酒店派来接机车很快，而且还有深夜小吃！ 接待处的年轻人非常友好、专业、乐于助人！ 他非常耐心地帮我预订高铁和出租车！ 房间超级干净、舒适。 早餐也很棒！ 肯定会再次预订。 强烈推荐！

Absolutely loved this hotel, how quick and efficient the airport transfer was, the staff was amazing! The room was even better. Definitely staying here again when I come to Beijing. The Lobby was absolutely immaculate and they had a beautiful green wall where we took pictures. Bathroom had really great mirrors for women to use for their makeup. Curtains were motorized so we didn’t have to get up and open them ourselves. The HUMIDIFIER WAS THE BEST PART FOR ME!!! Made my sleep 100x better.

非常喜欢这家酒店，机场接送非常快捷高效，工作人员很棒！房间甚至更好。当我来北京时肯定会再次住在这里。大堂绝对完美无瑕，有一堵美丽的绿色墙，我们在那里拍照。浴室里有很棒的镜子，供女性化妆时使用。窗帘是电动的，所以我们不必自己起身打开窗帘。加湿器对我来说是最好的部分！让我的睡眠质量提高了 100 倍。

This hotel is a gem. I had an 02:00 am flight arrival and needed a sleep before catching a 13:20 international flight. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was very comfortable and quiet but the best aspect was the service from every member of staff. Truly excellent. Communication via WeChat was clear and responsive, including arrangements for the pickup service from T3. The driver was friendly and helpful, the front desk staff were excellent, friendly and super efficient, even at 02:30. In fact all staff that I met seemed genuinely helpful and attentive. Oh, and the breakfast was great. This is a strong recommendation if you need a stopover. I wish all hotels were run like this one. I will be staying again.

TRANSIT HOTEL! Gave it a 5 stars because my stay was plesant. From the time Ive arrived, I was welcomed warmly by the reception and concierge staff. The service was kind, polite and professional. Being a foreigner with mamahuhu congwen was not a problem at all. Room is not that big but comfortable to sleep, bathroom is clean and bright. The night supper was great too and I cant refused to have a bowl of warm noodle 😂 there’s a shuttle to go to the airport too. Thank you for the amazing service and making my transit to go to the airport less stressful. 🤍

This was a great hotel. They let us check in around 8.45am even though the official time was 10am, which in itself is a lot earlier than any I have ever seen. Really worth it for us as we had a 20hr stopover. We didn't stay the night as our flight was at 2am. Was definitely worth resting here for several hours before our flight. Couple of major notes to western customers though (we are from New Zealand). 1. Load up Wechat App and link your credit card to it. Almost everyone wants payment via Wechat. 2. Use Wechat to contact the hotel. Much better response in english or other language. Calling will be a little frustrating.3. Load a rideshare App like DIDI - best and cheapest way to get a "taxi". Taxi by the hotel charged 120rmb and we paid 62rmb via DiDI when we came back. Also hailing a taxi is pretty tough, plus having to explain to the driver. DIDI is similar to Uber.

3rd stay and a good hotel, free shuttle to and from airport, perfect for a layover! Rooms are clean and comfortable, best part is the Airconditioning works! The room price comes with a free night snack at the dining area, you get a bowl of sumptuous noodles and condiments to go along. The property is fairly new and very well kept.

第三次入住，不错的酒店，有免费往返机场的班车，非常适合中途停留！房间干净舒适，最好的部分是空调工作！房价包含用餐区的免费夜宵、一碗丰盛的面条和调味品。该物业相当新并且维护得很好。

飯店離機場距離很近，有接送機服務，房間隔音不錯，浴室偏小和夠用，房間內準備水果與飲用水可以無限量使用，早餐很豐富。值得推薦。

I don't normally spend time to write hotel reviews, but I felt I have to write this stay. Totally under rated hotel given its price. Very helpful staff members from reception to door man to shuttle driver, cleaners. They tried hard to serve customers. The interior of the hotel is very clean and modern . Free fresh ground coffee available in reception. Child play area. Glossary shop next door. Many restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the shuttle service from airport to hotel is difficult to run perfectly and hence had a few bad reviews before. I also avoided airport to hotel shuttle (no Sim card to ring hotel due to 6am arrival and Sim card shops not yet open). We caught taxi that were waiting in queue. The taxi driver waited two hours for my 5 minutes drive and was not happy. I used the hotel to airport shuttle and it was perfect . I also tried to get tourist SIM card at a nearby China Unicom store, they have not the slightest idea of short term tourist SIM and I am fluent in Chinese. I later shuttle back to airport just to get the SIM and the process was very smooth.
