Excellent location, guest-facing staff that was lovely and as helpful and cheerful and professional as could be. The room itself had very stained carpets and broken and rusted portions in the bathroom. But was otherwise comfortable and had a nice view and a perfect temperature. The cleaning staff frequently would not replace things - we were there for 12 days. So no replacement bathrobes or teacups and sometimes not enough water in the room. They took our room key once but I think it was an innocent mistake. It feels like a lot of untrained folks working this depar**ent with not a lot of quality control discipline. The food was awful and oily. Definitely some reusing of old food going on. It was a chaotic mess, with food everywhere and somewhat rude, young staff and grumpy elder chefs. Sometimes it was tough to find a seat to enjoy your meal. The last straw came when I poured my tea into a clean cup and there was a residue of oil on the top. Solid nope.I tried to get my prepaid meal back for my teen daughter since she refused to eat downstairs after a few days. They refused but sent tea, cakes and fruit to our room every day which we found to be a nice and relaxing compromise from the frustrations downstairs. I can’t compliment the front desk staff enough!! They were always lovely and friendly despite the language barrier. We really appreciated it.I’d stay here again especially since it’s so close to the subway, to the summer palace and Peking uni, but would advise other travelers not expect it to be 5 stars.

15晚較晚到酒店，值班經理很負責任，認真解決問題。房間服務很好！還配了加湿器！歺厅居然開到晚上十二點半。

空調沒冷風，洗澡得了10分鐘才有熱水，水壓小的可憐。換了房間完全沒改善。早上9點我還在睡覺房間是黑的按了請勿打擾，搞衛生的自己走進來把我叫醒，真的離了大譜。以上情況跟大堂經理反映完全沒後續。這種千元級別以上的酒店跟開玩笑似的。

Overall a good hotel and close to Peking University and Tsinghua University. The only downside is that the rooms are generally warm even with you fiddling with the temperature. Also note that some rooms have a very strong cigarette smell even though the hotel is stated as non smoking.

总体来说是一家不错的酒店，靠近北京大学和清华大学。唯一的缺点是，即使你调节温度，房间仍然很温暖。另请注意，尽管酒店声明禁止吸烟，但有些房间仍有很浓的烟味。

因為小孩在北大读书，更订了最近北大的酒店，我們订了兩间大床房都升级了，北大博雅酒店的環境很好，大堂及咖啡厅非常高雅书卷味，巧遇下雪酒店的內园子雪白茫茫极为美丽，早餐也很豐盛。旁边就是北大经济学院，离清华也非常近，總之很满意👍下次还会再來。

酒店就在北京大學旁邊，這是是送女兒讀書過去的，進出學校非常方便，可是周邊商場或者吃東西的比較少，我們每次大概都要坐15至20分鐘車出去，頤和園非常近，如果要出遊這些景點，可是周邊商場或者吃東西的比較少，我們每次大概都要坐15至20分鐘車出去，頤和園非常近，如果要出有這些景點都很建議的。廳西餐廳和日本餐。大堂有lounge 開到晚上12點可以約朋友聊天見面。開到晚上12點可以約朋友喝東西。

位置交通方便，房間空間大，唯是房間地氈不太乾淨，期望將來裝修換地板。酒店餐廳及設施均不錯，有桑拿。早餐食物多

This hotel is well located for Peking University and the Summer Palace, and far away from all other tourist attractions. It is a Good Chinese hotel, with adequate facilities and spacious rooms. My room was very large and clean, facing the inner garden, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities that one could require. It needs some renovation, as you can see the wear and tear in the furnishings and bathroom. The gym is tiny but well equipped, and the swimming pool is very nice. The breakfast buffet is good, with a large selection of Chinese and Western dishes. I had dinner in the Chinese nicer restaurant and the food was also good. Service is efficient and courteous. Not all the staff members speak English, but they do their best. They were helpful arranging taxis and other special requests. My main concern is the huge amount of plastic waste that hotels of this category (not just this one) generate. I think it is time for these properties to do away with toiletry plastic containers, plastic water bottles, etc.
