Overall the location is good. However the service is bad. Body wash and conditioner container are both empty when we checked in. The water from the shower flows into the wash basin area. The tiles ar the toilet areas are slippery. The hotel umwillingly come to the hotel room to plug the fridge which was unplug. The carpet is also very dirty..

总体来说位置还是不错的。 不过服务很差。 入住时沐浴露和护发素容器都是空的。淋浴的水流入洗手盆区域。 厕所区域的瓷砖很滑。 酒店不情愿地来到酒店房间给冰箱插电，冰箱的插头被拔掉了。地毯也很脏。。

Warm welcome at the front desk. Room is spacious and have a good view of trees. Definitely worth other visits 💕

來凱迪拉克中心看演唱會住的酒店，離場館不遠，打個車或甚至騎個共享單車很快就到了。前台服務很好，房間乾淨舒適，隔音也好。離萬壽路地鐵站B2出口不遠約500米，在北京這個住宿的CP值相當高的了，推薦👍

The toilet bowl cannot flush with toilet paper in it. Need to call plumher to clear. Fridge not connected to plug and reception unwillingly ask technician to go up to plug for us. When we take shower, the water flooded the wash basin area.

Well, I booked this hotel in CTRIP and had lot of pics and ok reviews. But not what I thought it was.||||Location: if booked in advance, you can find same price in center BJ like Dongcheng, Chaoyang, etc, so isnt about the value in this case. But there other things to see in this part of BJ so it´s a ok area, especially with metro near.||||Hotel: Old - ok, one thing can be old but refurnished and cleaned. In this case, not clean enough, the thing to hang curtain shower was totally rusty and old room.||Staff in reception speaks little or no english but arent impolite.||||For the price, could be better. But in China hotels like this are normal - in pic look great and big but in the end are smelly and old, at least BJ. So if you want some comfort, you need to spend a bit more in this city.

My husband and I are visiting Beijing, we signed up for a two-day tour. The tour company put us here because it's supposedly an upgrade from what they normally would situate others (because we are foreigners). We asked for a double room, kind of small, but it's clean. The room has pretty much everything you would need or get at a 2.5 or 3 star hotel in the state. You can ask them to pack your breakfast to go if you have to leave to go somewhere before 7am. Walking distance to a near by shopping mall (building), lots of restaurants. Good value.

我和我丈夫正在北京旅游，我们报名了两天的旅游。旅游公司把我们安排在这里，因为据说这是他们通常为其他人安排的升级版（因为我们是外国人）。我们要了一间双人房，有点小，但很干净。房间里几乎配备了您在该州 2.5 星级或 3 星级酒店所需的一切。如果您必须在早上 7 点之前出发去某个地方，您可以要求他们将早餐打包带走。步行即可到达附近的购物中心（大楼）和很多餐馆。物有所值。

在万寿路上面，找路很方便，价格在elong上面订的，性价比还不错。|卫浴感觉不是特干净，其实在这上面花点本，能把酒店档次提升不少。|窗帘建议再弄厚一点，现在的比较透光，但是整体上很安静，睡眠质量很好，关键是要住朝里的房间，直接看着万寿宾馆的花园，感觉很舒服。

I am from the Philippines and we stayed at this hotel for the duration of our Beijing tour during the first week of March. If you are allergic to dust and cigarette smoke then better find some other more decent hotel. For those of you Pinoy’s out there who got booked to this hotel either by you, your travel agent, or relative should think twice before making any monetary commitment. The first thing we noticed when we got there was that there were a lot of Filipino (and of course the usual Chinese locals) guests. There were no other guests from other countries and I am not sure why. The reasons/assumptions I will leave to your creative imagination. My girlfriend and I requested for a room with one big bed but the hotel was not able to grant that request so we were put in a room with two single beds. We did not complain and we worked around it by combining the beds by, mind you, myself! To my surprise and disgust, the portion of the floor that was covered by the bed was extremely filthy! We found a load of trash (or maybe treasure to some) and to name a few - empty nutshells, old and used hotel slippers, an old and pretty much used comb, dust, and more empty nutshells. We tried asking one of the housekeeping to clean our room but to no avail since they cannot understand English. This review will be dragging on if I keep on narrating every negative aspect so I will just list down all the things that you (who are thinking of booking this hotel) should know. ||||Cons:||- Filthy room||- No mini-bar or refrigerator||- no complimentary bottled water||- Channels were all Chinese||- They won’t give you an extra pillow even if you’re willing to pay for it||- The pillows smelled like an old cow||- They won’t bring you new towels||- They don’t understand English||- Broken bathtub plug ||- People smoke cigarette along hallways and stairs. We can smell 2nd hand cigarette smoke inside our room all throughout the day.||- Bed mattress was not comfortable||||Neutral (Depends on your taste):||- Breakfast buffet were Chinese vegetarian dishes. They will serve you these dishes every morning! Don’t expect pancakes, hotdogs and bacon! Happy eating! :)||||Pros:||- Clean bathroom||- Relatively friendly staff. They are friendly to foreigners and rude to locals.
