the sofa in the lobby is broken. - very bad first impression. though the staff was ok and moderately supportive.the room smelled like wastewater due to the bad sewage of the sink. the mattress in the bed was super hard, the bedclothes were torn.paper towels instead of normal towels, very poor solution.the hotel floor smelled like cigarette.the furniture in the room was worn, shabby. it must have been a decent hotel 20 years ago, but now it urgently need a renovation.

大堂的沙发坏了——第一印象非常糟糕。虽然工作人员态度尚可，也算比较热情，但房间里弥漫着污水味，显然是水槽的污水造成的。床垫硬得像石头，床单也破了。提供的不是普通毛巾，而是纸巾，真是糟糕的解决方案。酒店地板上弥漫着烟味。房间里的家具陈旧破败。这家酒店20年前或许还不错，但现在急需翻新。

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, very helpful, make me feel like "home". They generously share with the places to visit, they help me to book cab when my app didn't work well, they prepare for me morning coffee when I just about to look for one, they teach me how to use the washing machine, they share with me where to get the best breakfast nearly. All these services fully exceeded my expectation. I would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone.

这家酒店的员工非常友好热情，让我感觉像在家一样。他们慷慨地分享值得一去的景点，在我打车软件不好用的时候帮我叫车，在我正准备买咖啡的时候帮我准备好，教我怎么用洗衣机，还告诉我哪里能吃到最好的早餐。所有这些服务都远远超出了我的预期。我一定会向所有人推荐这家酒店。

Very personalized service. Xiao Sun and the hotel manager are excellent staff. I miss seeing them... hope to see them again when I return to the same hotel one day.
