What an impressive hotel. The building is impressive. From the moment the driver met us at the airport to is arriving at the front desk, we were met with the kindest and most welcoming smiles. A welcome relief from our previous hotel. As a good member I was offered an upgrade of my room, but they also extended this to my friend and his room who was travelling with me. We were then offered a further upgrade to suits for a small fee per day, and we took it, as it is a “Suite in Bajing”, a story we can tell later.||||The room was impressive. Lovely and big. But this is where the fun stopped.||||We were tired and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. It was very bad. Having experienced the wonderful cuisine here in china for the last week, this was a massive let down. We could only take a few bytes and then left it.||||When returning to the room, we were told there is problems with our account, but after a chat with reception in person, there was never a problem. ||||Internet. What internet? There is WiFi, but no internet on it. Frustrating when I a, trying to book the next day’s activity.||||But my biggest let down, the bed. The linen was hard and scratching. The bed was very uncomfortable. If there is one thing in my book, that a hotel should be great at, is a comfortable bed, and comfortable bedding. Both they have failed on here. And for a 4.5* hotel, very disappointing. ||||Great and wonderful staff, that are truly amazing, but they are being let down by faulty rooms and furnishings. ||||It is my hope that after my feedback, they would action these fixes.

All hotel managers and employees are quite hospitable.. even hotel guests ☺️ We met the guests who stayed in the hotel for a long time for 5 months. The hotel is already well-maintained and spacious rooms worthy of Hilton quality. There are many varieties of western breakfast. Even the universal studio in Beijing, Great Wall, forbidden city and beautiful restaurant suggestions have organized by Hotel for us. They bought our tickets and organized the driver and the guider who can speak English. Thank you especially for this. Thanks to Hilton Team for this holiday program, we had no meet any problem even best holiday in the best way possible. 👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻

所有酒店经理和员工都相当热情好客..甚至酒店客人☺️我们遇到了在酒店长期入住5个月的客人。酒店维护良好，房间宽敞，符合希尔顿品质。西式早餐品种很多。就连北京环球影城、长城、故宫以及美丽的餐厅推荐酒店都为我们安排了。他们帮我们买了票，并安排了会说英语的司机和导游。对此特别感谢。感谢希尔顿团队的这个假期计划，我们没有遇到任何问题，即使以最好的方式度过了最好的假期。 👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻

The colors within the hotel is mainly white, blonde, and beige. And for that reason, comfortability, relaxation, ease and hygiene through the senses of vision and touch somehow becomes magnified even when actuality is the same as any other hotel. However, there were some slight problems during my stay here. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I had hoped, there was ********** engulfed in toothpaste residue, sticking on the walls of the shower. Another problem was, the hotel messed up my reservations and couldn't locate my second night, and card keys didn't work upon use, so we had to go back to the front desk more than twice.

酒店内的颜色以白色、金色、米色为主。因此，即使现实与其他酒店相同，视觉和触觉所带来的舒适、放松、轻松和卫生也会以某种方式被放大。然而，我在这里逗留期间遇到了一些小问题。浴室没有我希望的那么干净，有************被牙膏残留物吞没，粘在淋浴间的墙上。另一个问题是，酒店搞砸了我的预订，找不到我的第二晚，而且卡钥匙在使用时不起作用，所以我们不得不返回前台两次以上。

硬件不錯 軟件完全沒有星級酒店水準，首先入住當晚 門口的工作人員完全不知道要幫忙拿行李 連門都不會幫忙開 接著我訂的是有行政酒廊的房間…但是這間酒店的行政酒廊時間是中午12點到晚上七點半？ 是我看過最奇怪的行政酒廊開放時間…如果營業時間是這樣 建議直接寫在網頁上 隔天自助早餐 熱食攤位可以完全沒有人負責 要煎雞蛋都不知道要找誰….房間水龍頭漏水 要修好幾次才修好…我真的很懷疑這是希爾頓酒店的標準？

Decent newly built hotel for business and leisure. Facilities including gym and restaurant well maintained and well equipped. Room decoration was nice and cleanliness was ok. Taking into account the standard and performace , price is actually too high. Whereas all staff was duly wearing masks, hotel resp related staff does not show any interest of serving eg hand sanitizer to its customers - disappointing experience and quite disturbing.

新建的体面酒店，适合商务和休闲。健身房和餐厅等设施维护良好且设备齐全。房间装修不错，卫生也还可以。考虑到标准和性能，价格其实太高了。尽管所有工作人员都适当地佩戴了口罩，但酒店服务相关的工作人员没有表现出任何兴趣，例如向顾客提供洗手液 - 令人失望的经历并且相当令人不安。

Washroom facilities are a bit old, the rest are ok, location is convenient to Universal Studio as there is shuttle bus to and fro the hotel, but need to make reservations!

洗手间设施有点旧，其他都还好，位置去环球影城很方便，有班车往返酒店，但需要预约！

The Hilton Tongzhou was a brand new hotel! It’s a 35 story building and the price is reliable too! The room service, restaurant, was perfect! The front desk can speak english very fluently and very well also. He helped me out when I couldn’t understand the taxi driver. I’ll probably come back again and stay at this hotel, if we come to Beijing again.

通州希尔顿酒店是一家全新的酒店！ 35层楼，价格也靠谱！客房服务、餐厅都很完美！前台的英语说得非常流利，也很好。当我听不懂出租车司机的意思时，他帮助了我。如果我们再来北京，我可能会再次回来入住这家酒店。
