For a transit hotel it’s more than sufficient. Transit shuttle is fine. Buffet breakfast is decent. Only negative is getting put in a room right next to the elevator which you could hear operating. Receptions English was good. Family of 4 travelling with 2 little girls.

对于转机酒店来说已经绰绰有余了。公交接送还是不错的。自助早餐很不错。唯一的缺点是被安排在电梯旁边的房间里，你可以听到电梯运行的声音。接待英语很好。一家四口带着 2 个小女孩旅行。

I stayed at this hotel for only one night, due to a late night arrival at the airport, and I was impressed with the service! The staff is very polite and helpful. They picked me up at the airport (I had to call them on Wechat for that though so be prepared), and welcomed me with a snack. I slept really well, the mattress is a bit hard (normal in China) but there is no noise at all. There is unlimited water bottles included, as well as a small can of Coke and of Sprite. Breakfast was included but only until 9am so I couldn't enjoy it.

由于深夜抵达机场，我只在这家酒店住了一晚，但这里的服务给我留下了深刻的印象！工作人员非常有礼貌并且乐于助人。他们去机场接我（我必须在微信上打电话给他们，所以要做好准备），并用小吃欢迎我。我睡得很好，床垫有点硬（在中国很正常），但一点噪音也没有。包括无限量的水瓶，以及一小罐可乐和雪碧。早餐是包含在房费里的，但是只到早上9点，所以我没能享用。

I spent a night here as my flight arrived close to midnight, and I must say that I was very pleased with the end to end service of the staff provided by Beijing Lanwan International Hotel.From the front desk registration, to the little supper pack (yogurt&biscuit) was delicious 😋 and it was great to come home to a clean room with just the right amenities one would expect - even coffee sachets! The bed was as comfortable as one would expect. Slept like a baby!! Upon checkout, as my written Chinese isn't good the staff was very helpful to help me reserve a car to my next destination.. & to my delight there was a little goodbye token given by the hotel. I'll definitely be staying here in my next trip to Beijing if I need to layover.I would give 6 starts for staff service if I could - so thank you for making my short stay so delightful!

我在这里住了一晚，因为我的航班接近午夜抵达，我必须说，我对北京蓝湾国际酒店工作人员提供的端到端服务感到非常满意。从前台登记，到小夜宵包（酸奶和饼干）很美味😋，很高兴回到家有一个干净的房间，里面有人们所期望的便利设施 - 甚至还有咖啡袋！床和人们想象的一样舒服。睡得像个婴儿一样！！退房时，由于我的中文写得不好，工作人员非常乐于助人，帮助我预订了前往下一个目的地的汽车。令我高兴的是，酒店还给了我一个小小的告别令牌。如果我需要中途停留，我下次去北京时肯定会住在这里。如果可以的话，我会给员工服务打 6 星 - 所以感谢你们让我的短暂住宿如此愉快！

One of very few points that I liked from my China biz trip was this hotel; the staff were very attentive and tried to assist in any means possible. Not good at English, but it’s a nature for the China local. If they had an air purifier per rooms, I wouldn’t bother looking for other hotels for the events at Shunyi.

在我的中国商务之旅中，我最喜欢的一点之一就是这家酒店。工作人员非常细心并尝试以任何可能的方式提供帮助。英语不好，但这是中国人的天性。如果每个房间都有空气净化器，我就不会费心去寻找其他酒店来参加顺义的活动了。

I had very low expectations of this hotel when i read the reviews before hand, however i was pleasantly surprised when i was there. The rooms were refurbished and clean (Level 4). I even had a decent hotel breakfast.

You should stay at this hotel. The service was incredible. The staff helped us bring heavy luggage to our room. The room was pretty good and the mattress was very comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing. They noticed that I was sick and when I checked out, they gave me tissues and hand sanitizer for free. The bus to the airport was free and dropped us off on time.

你应该住在这家酒店。这项服务令人难以置信。工作人员帮我们把沉重的行李搬到房间。房间很好，床垫很舒服。前台工作人员很棒。他们注意到我生病了，当我退房时，他们免费给了我纸巾和洗手液。去机场的巴士是免费的，准时送我们下车。

Close to the airport. The free shuttle service is good. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is quite old and not well-maintained though.

靠近机场。免费班车服务很好。酒店的工作人员非常热情和乐于助人。酒店本身很旧而且维护得不好。
